Historical Article[Textual research on Chinese herbaceous peony in Chinese classical prescriptions].
In this paper, the name, origin, producing area, harvesting and processing changes of Paeonia lactiflora used in classical prescriptions were studied by textual research of herbal medicine and field investigation. Chinese herbaceous peony wasn' t distinguished before the Northern and Southern Dynasties; Tao Hongjing proposed that there were two kinds of P. lactiflora in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, but they were not clearly defined; since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, the method of distinguishing P. lactiflora by flower color and root color was proposed. In the Ming Dynasty, people put forward the criteria similar to modern ones, that is,to divide red peony and white peony by means of harvesting and processing, and to continue for future generations. ⋯ When people in Song Dynasty revised the previous literature, they changed " Shaoyao" into " Baishao" and continued to use Paeoniae Radix Alba for future generations. Therefore, the origin of P. lactiflora in classical prescriptions before the Song Dynasty should be determined by the combination of prescription function and prescription meaning evolution; After the Song Dynasty, the origins of " Red Paeonia Root" and " White Paeonia Root" in prescriptions are basically the same as those in today's prescriptions, which should be recorded in ancient prescriptions. For the medicinal flavor of " Paeonia Root" recorded in prescriptions after the Song Dynasty, the origins can be determined by functional domination and the evolution of prescriptions.

[Regularity of prescription medication of Xin'an Wang's internal medicine in treating stomach cramps based on data mining].
The study analyzes the medication rules of Xin'an Wang's internal medicine for treating stomach cramps by data mining technology,in order to provide reference for clinical medication. Through the summarization of the medical cases of stomach cramps treated by Xin'an Wang's doctors( Wang Ren-zhi,Wang Zhong-qi,Wang Le-tao),statistics was made for the frequency of symptoms, signs, syndromes and drugs in Office 2010. ⋯ According to Xin' an Wang's doctors, stomach cramps are closely related to liver and spleen,Qi stagnation, phlegm and blood stasis are the standard. Xin'an Wang's doctors give the first priority on " deoppilation",focus on soothing the liver and spleen, activating Qi and eliminating phlegm, and promoting blood circulation, and refer to use modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction based on symptoms.

[Textual research on "Zhu" in Chinese classical prescriptions].
Through consulting the ancient herbs and medical books, combining with modern literature and field investigation, this paper makes textual research on herbal medicine, and makes textual research on the name, origin, position and changes of collection and processing of the medicinal herbs in Ancient Classical Prescriptions. " Zhu" wasn't distinguished before the Northern and Southern Dynasties, but the efficacy of the techniques recorded in the documents at that time was similar to that of today's Atractylodis Rhizoma. Tao Hongjing put forward the theory of " red and white" in the Northern and Southern Dynasties. " Cangzhu" and " Baizhu" gradually differentiated, but there was no clear distinction between them. Since Song and Yuan Dynasties, " Baizhu" has been respected and classified in the literature. ⋯ Its safety and effectiveness have been confirmed, and the wild resources of modern atractylodes are scarce. Therefore,it is suggested that when classical famous prescriptions are developed, the prescription recorded as " Baizhu" does not need to be changed in its origin, that is,A. macrocephala at present or can choose the appropriate basis according to the principle of local righteousness. Textual research shows that the origin of " Cangzhu" in the classical prescription should be A. lancea.

Meta Analysis[Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials on effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with Western medicine on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis].
To systematically review the effectiveness and safety of Tanreqing Injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis( AECB). CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,CBM,Medline,Cochrane Library,EMbase and Web of Science were retrieved, and randomized controlled trials for the effect of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were screened. The quality of the included studies was evaluated according to the Cochrane Handbook's evaluation criteria. ⋯ The adverse reactions mainly included skin rash, dizziness, gastrointestinal reactions. Based on the available data and the results of the analysis, the group of Tanreqing Injection combined with Western medicine has a higher cure rate for acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and the effect in reducing symptoms disappearance time. In view of the limited number of included studies, small sample size and low methodological quality, the results of this study need to be confirmed with high-level clinical trials.

Meta Analysis[Systematic review and Meta-analysis of effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in treatment of neonatal jaundice].
To systematically review effectiveness and safety of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. A systematic retrieval was performed throughout China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),Wan Fang,VIP,Sino Med and PubMed,Medline,Cochrane Library databases from the establishment to April 2019. Randomized controlled trials of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were retrieved. ⋯ The effectiveness of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with conventional therapy in treating neonatal jaundice was better than conventional therapy alone, with little adverse reactions. However, most of literatures included had a low research quality, which impacted the reliability of the conclusion. Therefore,it is suggested to conduct more largesample-size,multicenter,scientifically designed, strictly implemented high-quality randomized controlled trials in the future,in order to study the efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.
