[Potential molecular mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treatment of colon cancer based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology].
The aim of this paper was to explore the potential molecular mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of colon cancer through pharmacology network and molecular docking methods. The chemical constituents and action targets of 7 herbs from Banxia Xiexin Decoction were collected by using TCMSP database,Chinese Pharmacopoeia and literatures consultation. GeneCards database was used to predict the potential targets of colon cancer. ⋯ The results of molecular docking showed that baicalein, berberine, licochalcone A and 6-gingerol had a high affinity with SRC,STAT3,TNF and IL6. The results suggested that Banxia Xiexin Decoction could play an anti-colon cancer effect by inhibiting cell proliferation, regulating cell cycle, inducing apoptosis and anti-inflammatory function. The study revealed the multi-components,multi-targets and multi-pathways molecular mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction, which could provide scientific basis and research ideas for the clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and the treatment of colon cancer with compound Chinese medicines.

[Literature research and status analysis on clinical application of Guizhi Fuling Formula].
Guizhi Fuling Formula was first seen in Synopsis of Golden Chamber by ZHANG Zhongjing. It is composed of Cinnamomi Ramulus, Poria, Moutan Cortex, Persicae Semen, Peony and other drugs, commonly used in the treatment of gynecological diseases such as hysteromyoma, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pelvic inflammation, dysmenorrhea, etc. In addition, it is also used in internal medicine and urology. ⋯ However, whether Guizhi Fuling Formula is really suitable for these diseases still needs further study for verification. The author systematically searched CNKI, Wanfang, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library database: 2 304 papers on clinical research of Guizhi Fuling, covering 13 systems and 128 diseases. Combined with the questionnaire of experts, we investigated the knowledge of experts of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine and combination of Chinese and Western medicine on the applicable indications of Guizhi Fuling Formula in this paper, systematically elaborated the clinical applications of Guizhi Fuling Formula, and summarized the applicable indications of Guizhi Fuling Formula, in order to provide a reference for the clinical rational application of Guizhi Fuling Formula, and provide a reference also for clinical medication.

Meta Analysis[Systematic review and screening of basic Chinese herbs for traditional Chinese medicine compounds combined with levodopa medicine in treatment of Parkinson's disease].
To systematically evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compounds combined with levodopa medicine in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD), and screen basic herbs to provide certain evidence-based medical proof and program for better guidance on clinical drug use. Six databases were searched to screen out the randomized controlled trial on the TCM compounds combined with levodopa medicine in the treatment of PD. Literature quality of the included studies was evaluated by improved Jadad rating scale, and the Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software. ⋯ The basic prescriptions for treating UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ consisted of Paeoniae Radix Alba-Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, or Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix(two drug combinations). However, in the treatment of UPDRS Ⅳ, the drugs were scattered. But due to the limitations in the quantity and quality of clinical studies, the results obtained still need further research and clinical confirmation of its efficacy.

[Material basis and mechanism of Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid on hand, foot and mouth disease based on network pharmacology and molecular docking].
This paper aimed to investigate the active components and molecular mechanism of Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid on hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) based on network pharmacology and molecular docking methods. The potential active components of 8 herbs in Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid were selected through Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database(TCMSP), Batman database and relevant literature consultation. Then related targets for the medicine were analyzed through PubChem and Swiss Target Prediction database, while related targets for HFMD were analyzed through GeneCards platform. ⋯ KEGG enrichment analysis showed that 116 signal pathways were obtained(P<0.01), and the results showed that it was mainly associated with TNF signal pathway, IL-17 signal pathway, inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels, and cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction. Molecular docking results showed that the main active components all had a high binding ability with the main potential key targets. This study preliminarily investigated the multi-pathways, multi-targets and multi-components molecular mechanism of Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid for treatment of HFMD, providing theoretical references for further researches on its active components and action mechanism.

[Study on effects of different habitat processing methods of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in rats with acute myocardial ischemia].
To investigate the effects of different habitat processing methods of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats. In this experiment, the tail vein injection of pituitrin was used to induce acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Electrocardiograph(ECG) heart rate and ΔST changes were recorded, and the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum of rats were detected to comprehensively evaluate the effects of six processing methods of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma on serum biochemical indexes of rats with acute myocardial injury. ⋯ The comprehensive scoring results showed that the highest score was obtained in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma high-dose group with drying in the shade while the scores of other treatment groups were higher than that of the model group. It could be seen that the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma dried in a drying oven had a good improvement effect on electrocardiograph indexes after acute myocardial injury, the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma dried in the shade had a good improvement effect on serum myocardial enzymes after acute myocardial injury, and the other processing methods had a certain protective effect on myocardial injury. The six processing methods evaluated by pharmacodynamics showed that the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma dried in the shade and dried in a drying oven had good efficacy.
