Review Meta Analysis[Shenshuaining capsules as adjuvant treatment for chronic renal failure： systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials].
Chronic renal failure(CRF) is one of the common diseases. Shenshuaining capsule (SSN) can be used to treat patients with CRF, and many randomized control trials(RCTs) have been conducted to investigate its efficacy. The current review aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of SSN as an adjuvant treatment for patients with CRF. ⋯ SSN capsules have certain efficacy and safety in the adjuvant treatment for chronic renal failure. However, due to the generally low methodological quality of the included studies, this review can not provide high-quality evidence to prove the clinical efficacy of this drug. More well-designed and large-scale multi-center randomized controlled trials should be conducted in the future for verification.

To systematically review the adverse drug reactions/adverse events(ADRs/AEs) of Xinyuan capsules in clinical application. A systematic literature search was performed in the databases of the Cochrane Library, Medline, EMBASE, the Web of Science, Clinical trials, CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data and CBM. The literature was screened and data was extracted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. ⋯ Xinyuan capsules was generally safe in clinical application. The reports on the study of Xinyuan capsules were dispersed in various clinical studies, the study on drug safety still should be strengthened in the future. Further mechanism studies or clinical observation studies of the drug safety shall be conducted to better guide clinical application in the future.

Review[Application of drug-target prediction technology in network pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine].
In recent years, network pharmacology has been developed rapidly, and especially, the concept of ″network target″ has brought a new era in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The integrity and systematicness emphasized in network pharmacology comply with the characteristics of holistic view and treatment in Chinese medicine. It can provide deeper insights into the underlying mechanisms of TCM theories, including the illustration on action mechanism of Chinese medicine, selection of pharmacodynamic materials and the combination principles of various Chinese herbs, etc. ⋯ Many virtual screening technologies have been successfully applied to network pharmacology. Based on different prediction principles, drug-target prediction technology can be generally divided into four types： ligand-based prediction, receptor-based prediction, machine learning and combined prediction. In this paper, we are going to review the prediction methods of drug-target interactions and give acomprehensive elaboration of their application in network pharmacology of TCM, hoping to provide beneficial references for various Chinese medicine researchers.

Review[Development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine processing discipline and Chinese herbal pieces industry].
To elucidate the key issues in the development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine processing discipline and Chinese herbal pieces industry Chinese herbal pieces industry. According to the author's accumulated experience over years and demand of the development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry, the key issues in the development and innovation on the Chinese herbal pieces industry were summarized. ⋯ The traditional Chinese medicine processing discipline can be improved and its results can be transformed only if this discipline were correlated with the Chinese herbal pieces industry, matched with the development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry, and solved the problems in the development on the Chinese herbal pieces industry. The development of traditional Chinese medicine processing discipline and the Chinese herbal pieces industry also requires scientific researchers to make constant innovations, realize the specialty of the researches, and innovate based on inheritance.
