[Analysis of 131 cases of COVID-19 treated with Ganlu Xiaodu Decoction].
In this study, Donghua Hospital information management system and Meikang clinical pharmacy management system were used to collect medical records of all inpatients diagnosed as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) in Wuhan Third Hospital. The statistics was based on the data of the cases treated with Ganlu Xiaodu Decoction, including demographic statistics, clinical cha-racteristics before medication, outcome of after medication and efficacy of drug combination. Excel 2003 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 software were used to conduct statistics on the included cases, and Apriori algorithm and association rules were used for the association analysis on drug combination. ⋯ All of the patients were cured and discharged. The drug combination mainly included Ganlu Xiaodu Decoction, abidor, Lianhua Qingwen, moxifloxacin, Qiangli Pipa Lu, vitamin C, glycyrrhizinate diammonium, pantoprazole and Shufeng Jiedu. There is a certain regularity and effectiveness in the treatment of COVID-19 infection patients with the combination of Ganlu Xiaodu Decoction and other drugs, but the rationality and safety still need to be further verified.

[Pharmacovigilance study on drug-induced cardiac injury during treatment of COVID-19].
Because coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is highly contagious and serious, it has posed a major threat to public health worldwide. The curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of COVID-19 have been widely recognized and confirmed. ⋯ The findings suggested being vigilant to drug-induced cardiac injury during the treatment of COVID-19, playing the advantages of clinical pharmacists and clinical Chinese pharmacists, improving the knowledge reserve of pharmacovigilance, strengthening the prescription review, medication notification and medication monitoring, promoting rational drug use and paying attention to special populations and high-risk groups. The study aims to provide suggestions and reference for pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical care for front-line doctors and pharmacists against COVID-19, in order to avoid the occurrence of drug-induced heart injury for patients with COVID-19.

[Network pharmacology research on high frequency use of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae Radix herb pair in treatment of constipation with aromatic traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining].
Based on data mining and through the method of network pharmacology, we analyzed the mechanism of high-frequency use of herb pair in the treatment of constipation with aromatic traditional Chinese medicine in this study. Through data mining, aromatic traditional Chinese medicine was obtained for the treatment of constipation and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae Radix herb pair was used as the research object. The volatile oil from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae Radix was extracted by steam distillation, and the chemical compositions of the volatile oil were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). ⋯ In KEGG enrichment pathway, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, endocrine resistance, Ca~(2+) signal pathway and IL-17 signaling pathway showed significant effect on constipation. The results of molecular docking showed that PGR, the target protein related to the treatment of constipation, had a good binding with gamma-linolenic acid, dihydro-alpha-ionone, alpha-eudesmol, caryophyllene oxide and beta-ionone. The results show that by using data mining technology and network pharmacology, it is revealed that the active components of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Aucklandiae volatile oil in high frequency use of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine can be used totreat constipation mainly through CYP19 A1, PPARA, PGR, ACHE, SLC6 A2 and other targets, providing a new idea and method for the further study of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation.

[Analysis of adverse reactions risk signal of Xinyuan Capsules based on national ADR monitoring spontaneous reporting system].
In recent years, the safety problems and events of traditional Chinese medicine represented by liver injury have occurred frequently. In particular, Polygonum multiflorum has been widely used and considered as a "non-toxic" tonic traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. However, in recent years, frequent reports of liver injury events have attracted widespread attention at home and abroad, which has made unfavorable impacts on traditional Chinese medicine and its international development. ⋯ At present, the data mining technique has gradually become the main method of ADR/adverse event(AE) report analysis and evaluation at home and abroad. Specifically, Bayesian confidence propagation neural network in Bayesian method is a commonly used risk signal early warning analysis method. In this paper, BCPNN method was used to excavate the risk signals of adverse reactions of Xinyuan Capsules, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation containing P. multiflorum, such as nausea, diarrhea, rash, dizziness, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, liver cell damage, so as to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical safe and rational use of drugs.

[Analysis of adverse reactions of Xianling Gubao preparation based on real world SRS data].
From January 1, 2004 to July 21, 2016 a total of 2 796 cases of adverse drug reaction/adverse event(ADR/AE) after the use of Xianling Gubao Capsules/Tablets were reported by National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center. The following results were obtained by analyzing the reports of 2 796 cases of adverse drug reactions/adverse drug events after the use of Xianling Gubao Capsules/Tablets. A total of 75 patients, accounting for 2.68% of the total ADR/AE time, had severe ADR/AE events. ⋯ Severe ADR/AE occurred within 2 days after the use of Xianling Gubao Capsules/Tablets, accounting for 25.34%. The proportion of ADR/AE cases occurring within 15 days after oral administration of Xianling Gubao Capsules/Tablets increased again(57.33%). The overall trend contained two peaks.
