Meta Analysis[Systematic review and Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules on vascular cognitive impairment].
To analyze the efficacy and safety of Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Databases, such as CNKI, WanFang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, ClinicalTrials were electronically retrieved for relevant randomized controlled trials about the effect of Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Two researchers independently screened the literatures and extracted data according to the inclusion criteria, and used the risk of bias assessment tool in the Cochrane evaluation manual for quality assessment. ⋯ No obvious adverse reaction was found. Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules can be recommended in clinical use. This conclusion needs to be further confirmed in high-quality clinical trials in the future.

[Exploration on scientific connotation of TCM syndromes and recommended prescriptions against COVID-19 based on TCMTP V2.0].
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has attracted great attentions from the whole world. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been widely used and shown satisfying efficacies in treating all stages of COVID-19. In this study, the molecular interaction networks of different stages of COVID-19(the early, severe, critical and recovery stage) were constructed using the links among symptoms-related genes collected from TCMIP V2.0(http://www.tcmip.cn/), an integrated pharmacology network-computing platform for TCM. ⋯ The above findings reflect the integrative actions of TCM characterizing by multiple-components, multiple-targets, multiple-pathways, and multiple-effects. This study systematically constructed the molecular networks of different TCM syndromes during the development and progression of COVID-19 and uncovered the biological basis for symptomatic treatment of TCM. Furthermore, our data revealed the pharmacological mechanisms and the scientific connotation of recommended prescriptions, which may provide supports for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 using TCM.

[Study on hepatoprotective mechanisms of Veratrilla baillonii based on network pharmacology].
The purpose of this study was to predict the active components, targets and signaling pathways of Veratrilla baillonii for the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic liver diseases, preliminarily verify the active components and related targets through cell experiments, and elucidate the mechanism of V. baillonii on liver protection. The candidate active components of V. baillonii were screened by searching Chinese medicine ingredients and Chinese medicine pharmacology database and analysis platform, combined with the pharmacokinetic parameters(oral availability and drug-like principle); the target of candidate active ingredients were predicted by protein database, and the target of disease related to non-alcoholic liver disease was predicted. Cytoscape software was used to construct the network of "active component-target-disease", and the protein interaction network was constructed through the STRING database to infer the core target. ⋯ Finally, TNF-α and MAPK8 were successfully verified as important targets by hepatocytes in vitro, which suggested that V. baillonii could significantly improve liver damage. TNF-α and MAPK8 were one of the targets. Based on the above results, we systematically predicted the material basis and biological mechanism of V. baillonii through multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway regulation of nonalcoholic liver disease, and the core targets were successfully verified by cells, providing data basis and scientific basis for the in-depth development of V. baillonii.

[Quality evaluation recommendation list and interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice guidelines].
Based on the idea of establishing a complete guideline evaluation system applicable to the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the author believes that a complete guideline evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice should be divided into three parts: quality evaluation, clinical applicability evaluation and clinical application investigation. According to the different purposes, different evaluators, different evaluation methods and different evaluation time points in the guideline evaluation, the quality evaluation recommendation list, the clinical applicability evaluation recommendation list and the clinical application questionnaire were formed. Among them, the purpose of quality evaluation is to evaluate the methodological quality in the guideline development process, in order to measure whether the entire guideline development process is scientifically rigorous. ⋯ Therefore, a logical, detailed and comprehensive guideline quality evaluation list will provide good evaluation tools for the TCM guideline formulation team and play an important role in promoting the quality and application of the guidelines. By referring to the internationally recognized development process and methods of evaluation tools, as well as the proof by authoritative TCM clinical experts and methodologists, the author worked out the quality evaluation list of clinical practice guidelines applicable to the field of TCM by considering the characteristics of TCM field. In this paper, the author introduces the whole list of quality evaluation recommendations, and interprets each item in details, hoping to provide reference for the standardization of TCM clinical practice guidelines in the future.

[Mechanism of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil in treatment of slow transit constipation based on network pharmacology].
To construct the active component-action target network diagram and protein-protein interaction(PPI) network diagram of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil, so as to explore the mechanism of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC) by analyzing the functions and pathways involved in the target. The chemical constituents of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The targets of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil were studied by PubChem, TCMSP, STITCH and Swiss Target Prediction. ⋯ There were 23 KEGG enrichment pathways, among which Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, cAMP signaling pathway, Endocrine resistance, Calcium signaling pathway and Serotonergic synapse pathways played a significant role in STC. The results of molecular docking showed that relevant target proteins for the treatment of STC were ACHE, PTGS2, SLC6 A2 and CNR2. The multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathwaycharacteristics of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil were revealed by network pharmacology, which provided a new therapeutic idea and method for the further study of the mechanism of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus volatile oil in the treatment of STC.
