Randomized Controlled Trial[Diagnostic performance of quantitative fecal immunochemical test in detection of advanced colorectal neoplasia].
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic performance of quantitative fecal immunochemical testing (FIT) and to provide reference for designing effective colorectal cancer (CRC) screening strategy in China. Methods: Based on an ongoing randomized controlled trial comparing the colorectal cancer screening strategies, this current study involved 3 407 participants aged 50-74 years who had undergone colonoscopies. All the feces samples were collected from the participants prior to receiving the colonoscopy. ⋯ Of the diagnostic performance, there were no significant differences noticed by different sex and age groups. Conclusions: In our study, the quantitative FIT showed modest sensitivity in detecting CRC but limited sensitivity in detecting advanced adenoma. In population-based CRC screening programs, the quantitative FIT had the advantage of adjusting the positive threshold based on the targeted detection rate and available resource load of colonoscopy.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Effects of batroxobin on perioperative blood loss and coagulation in patients with low molecular weight heparin when undergoing the total hip replacement].
To investigate the interactive effects between batroxobin and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in reducing peri-operative blood loss and coagulation function in patients who undergone the total hip replacement surgery. ⋯ Batroxobin (2 U) could reduce the perioperative blood loss in patients with LMWH who had undergone the total hip replacement operation but did not show adverse effect on DVT.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Study on the efficacy and safety of short-term treatment including fluoroquinolones anti-tuberculosis drugs for rifampicin resistant pulmonary tuberculosis].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of short-term treatment including fluoroquinolones anti-tuberculosis drugs for rifampicin resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in those areas carrying out the 'TB control project'. ⋯ The efficacy of treatment including fluoroquinolones anti-tuberculosis drugs group seemed better than the re-treatment regimen group in treating patients with rifampicin resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and those MDR-TB patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Study on the safety and immunogenicity of MF59-adjuvanted influenza subunit vaccine in Chinese elderly].
To compare the safety and immunogenicity between a MF59-adjuvanted influenza subunit vaccine and a conventional non-adjuvanted influenza subunit vaccine. ⋯ FLUAD was well tolerated by Chinese elderly and its immunogenicity level induced by FLUAD was higher than that of Agrippal, showing that it would benefit the elderly with hypoimmunity.
