The article covers principles and methods of radical and palliative (auxillary) anti-chemical protection. The author presents personal materials on molecular (inherited and acquired) markers of increased individual sensitivity to ecotoxic materials, results of personal experiments on using antidote nutrition for preventing isocyanate and cadmium effects.

The article covers analysis of work conditions for aluminium plant workers, through workplaces certification. The authors specified work condition classes according to the jeopardy degree. ⋯ Findings are that 60.4% of the occupational diseases are diagnosed among electrolysis workers with average length of service of 26.3 years. Results of the workplaces certification are compared in accordance with work conditions and occupational morbidity parameters.

[Evaluating fluorine effects in children of Irkutsk area].
The authors studied connection between exposure to fluorine compounds and fluorides excretion. Average fluorine content of urine and hair samples of children exceeds the reference values. Ambient air and soil pollution with fluorine was proved to be an important health risk factor for urban children in Irkutsk region.

[Intensity of occupational load and work tension of surgeons].
The authors present results of yearly shift lists collected for analysis of occupational load faced by surgeons in multifield hospital. Surgeons of all specialities appeared to have very high occupational burden, as totally 2-4 months per year they spend at work on a twenty-four hour basis. Findings are discrepancy between hardiness, strain evaluation and results of workplace certification.
