Randomized Controlled Trial[Virtual reality in upper extremity dysfunction: specific features of usage in acute stroke].
Stroke is a leading cause of permanent disability. Being a new technology for neurorehabilitation, virtual reality (VR) allows for intensive trainings with a larger number of repetitions focused on mastering specific skills in patients with upper limb dysfunction. To date, there are insufficient studies evaluating the use of VR in the acute period of a stroke. ⋯ Thus, the use of VR in addition to standard rehabilitation measures in the acute period of stroke favors improvements in upper extremity function and a reduction in daily limitations and is safe.

Randomized Controlled Trial[The comparative analysis of the influence of the supervised exercise training and home-based exercise training on the psychological status of the following coronary artery bypass grafting].
This article was designed to report the results of the comparative analysis of the influence of the home-based exercise training (HBT) and the supervised exercise training in the form of the controlled training (CVT) under conditions of outpatient rehabilitative treatment on the patients' quality of life (QoL) and psychological status (including manifestations of anxiety and depression) following coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).

Randomized Controlled Trial[The efficiency of structural resonance electromagnetotherapy for the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease].
The results of application of structural resonance electromagnetotherapy (SRT) for the treatment of patients presenting with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are presented. They show that SRT has positive influence on the neurohumoral regulation of the lower oesophageal sphincter, ensures psychocorrection, and optimizes the vegetative regulation. Taken together, these effects result in the marked clinical improvement in patients presenting with GERD. It is concluded that structural resonance electromagnetotherapy can be recommended as an efficacious and pathogenetically sound method for the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[THe development of systems for the early rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease following aortocoronary bypass].
Two rehabilitation complexes are described for coronary heart disease patients early after aortocoronary shunting. The first complex includes "dry" effervescent baths, magnetolaser therapy applied to the heart area, cryomassage of the abdomen. The second complex consisted of the above modalities plus dry air baths. Indications and contraindications to these complexes are specified.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[The use of infrared laser radiation in the rehabilitation of IHD patients after the surgical revascularization of the myocardium].
Application of epicutaneous infrared laser radiation early in the course of postoperative aftercare of patients with coronary heart disease who have undergone myocardial revascularization contributes to improved functioning of the cardiorespiratory system. The laser therapy is indicated in the absence of serious intra- and postoperative myocardial infarctions, postoperative arrhythmia and mediastinitis.
