[Comparision of Mutational Spectrum between Elderly and Young Adults with Acute Myeloid Leukemia Based on Next Generation Sequencing].
To compare the gene mutational spectrum between elderly and young adults with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) based on next generation sequencing(NGS). ⋯ The gene mutational spectrum in elderly and young adult AML shows heterogeneity. Compared with young adults, the frequencies of DNA methylation and demethylation mutations and RNA splicing enzyme mutations in elderly patients significantly increase.

[Efficacy of CD19 Chimeric Antigen Receptors T Cells in the Treatment of Relapsed Patients with B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia after Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation].
To study the long-term efficacy and safety of CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) in the treatment of relapsed patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). ⋯ All patients are followed up for at least one year. The preliminary efficacy and safety are satisfactory. CAR-T cell infusion is an effective method for the treatment of B-ALL recurrence after allo-HSCT.

[Correlation of IgG Levels at Initial Diagnosis with Clinical Efficacy and Prognosis in 66 Patients with IgG Multiple Myeloma].
To explore the IgG levels of newly diagnosed IgG-type multiple myeloma (MM) patients and analyze the relationship between the IgG levels and clinical efficacy and prognosis. ⋯ IgG＞64g/L in patients with newly diagnosed IgG-type MM is a poor prognostic factor affecting PFS and OS. The higher level of serum IgG at the initial diagnosis, the higher the risk of HRCs, and the worse clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients.

[Clinical Application of R-ISS Staging System in 412 Newly Diagnosed Patients with Multiple Myeloma].
To evaluate the prognostic value of R-ISS staging system in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). ⋯ PFS and OS in the patients with multiple myeloma were different among three distrinct R-ISS stages. The R-ISS staging system has important clinical significance for the prognosis evaluation of multiple myeloma.

Review[Research Advances of Acquired Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura--Review].
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is an acute, potentially life-threatening thrombotic microangiopathies (TMA). TTP has mainly been diagnosed by clinical findings, such as thrombocytopenia and microangiopathic haemolytic anemia. In addition, the reduced activity of von Willebrand factor-cleaving metalloproteinase ADAMTS13 below 10% has been accepted internationally as a diagnostic criterion for TTP. ⋯ Therapy should be focused on increasing ADAMTS13 activity and eliminating or inhibiting ADAMTS13 antibody by the infusion or exchange of therapeutic plasma and corticosteroids. Both the administration of recombinant ADAMTS13 and reducing the release of human neutrophil peptides (HNPs) would be novel promising strategies for the prevention of platelet-vWFinteraction. This review briefly summarizes the recent advances in terms of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of TTP.
