Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[Effect of different anesthesias on gastrointestinal motility after laparoscopic cholecystectomy].
To compare the effect of three different anesthesias on gastrointestinal motility after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). ⋯ Different anesthesias do not influence the recovery of intestinal motion and in-hospital day postoperatively; the combined epidural-general anesthesia and propofol-based total intravenous anesthesia may be ideal anesthesias because of the lower incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Comparison of continuous spinal and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in patients for uterectomy].
To compare the anaesthetic effect and hemodynamic changes between the continuous spinal anaesthesia(CSA) and combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia (CSEA) in patients for uterectomy. ⋯ CSA is a safe technique of spinal anesthesia with small anesthetic dosages, more reliable and hemodynamically stable in patients for uterectomy.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Clinical observation of granisetron in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting following supratentorial craniotomy].
To observe the prophylactic effect of granisetron on postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after supratentorial craniotomy. ⋯ Granisetron can be used effectively and safely to prevent PONV in supratentorial craniotomy.

Randomized Controlled Trial Clinical Trial[Sequential BiPAP following invasive mechanical ventilation in COPD patients with hypercapnic respiratory failure].
To estimate the feasibility and the efficacy of extubation and sequential bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with exacerbated hypercapnic respiratory failure. ⋯ BiPAP can be well tolerated, and can improve ventilation function markedly. It can also facifiated the extubation, and reduced the reintubation rate in regular mechanical ventilation.
