Although both the lateral sagittal and costoclavicular approaches are applied at the cord level in the infraclavicular region, there is a major difference between the distributions of the two approaches. We aimed to investigate the effects of this different distribution on tissue perfusion and oxygenation. ⋯ NCT04764591.

To investigate the optic disc changes (ODC) in Chinese patients with NLRP3-associated autoinflammatory disease (NLRP3-AID). ⋯ ODC is common among Chinese patients with NLRP3-AID, with ODS being the most common manifestation. Hearing loss and CNS involvement often accompany the occurrence of ODS. The serum inflammatory markers are associated with ODS. The T348M mutation is more likely to lead to ODC with visual-field defects.

In recent years, daratumumab (DARA) has gained widespread use in the treatment of systemic light chain (AL) amyloidosis. In this study, we assessed the efficacy and safety of a DARA treatment strategy based on serum free light chain (sFLC) levels and non-fixed cycles. ⋯ These findings indicate that the sFLC levels based and non-fixed cycle DARA strategy is an efficacious and safe treatment strategy in both newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis.

To investigate the incidence of submandibular gland (SMG) involvement and explore the feasibility of sparing SMG in the oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). ⋯ Our study suggests that SMG involvement is rare in OSCC. With strict imaging and clinical evaluation, sparing SMG during radiotherapy is feasible.

To explore the differences of conventional ultrasound characteristics, elastic imaging parameters and clinicopathological characteristics of distinct molecular subtypes of breast cancer in young women, and to identify imaging parameters that exhibited significant associations with each molecular subtype. ⋯ Specific molecular subtypes of breast cancer have unique ultrasonic and elastic imaging characteristics.
