Coronavirus disease 2019-associated rapidly progressive organizing pneumonia with fibrotic feature: Two case reports.
Pneumonia is one of the most important characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and imaging findings of COVID-19 pneumonia are diverse and change over disease course. However, the detailed clinical course of organizing pneumonia (OP) caused by COVID-19 has not been clarified. ⋯ Physicians should carefully monitor patients with COVID-19, as they can develop rapidly progressive and fibrotic OP, which respond to corticosteroids.

Tanreqing injection, as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine injection widely used in clinic, has the effects of clearing heat, reducing phlegm and detoxifying, and avoids the problems of slow effect and complicated decocting of traditional Chinese medicine. Severe pneumonia is a critical disease of the respiratory system, with symptoms such as dyspnea, shortness of breath, high fever, and coma. Clinical studies have found that Tanreqing injection combined with Western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of severe pneumonia. In order to explore the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of severe pneumonia, we plan to conduct a systematic evaluation and meta-analysis. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/SQDMG.

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID) is a difficult-to-treat gynaecological disorder, which has complex etiologies, among married women. In recent years, moxibustion has gradually shown its clinical advantages and been more and more widely used In China. The protocol is try to synthesize and assess the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion for patients with CPID. ⋯ This study expects to provide high-quality, evidence-based recommendations on further treatment for clinical guidance of CPID.

Viral pneumonia is a common respiratory disease that leads to high mortality around the world. Tanreqing (TRQ) injection has been widely used to treat viral pneumonia in China. However, the efficiency and safety of TRQ injection for viral pneumonia have not been scientifically and methodically evaluated up to now. Thus, this protocol describes a plan of performing a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TRQ injection on patients with viral pneumonia. ⋯ PROSPERO CRD42020164164.
