To diagnose and treat patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with dual heart care mode and analyze the treatment effect. Three hundred cases meeting the inclusion criteria were equally divided into 3 groups, each containing 50 male and female cases. The patients in experimental group 1 took the dual heart nursing method proposed by the subject; experimental group 2 received betastatins; control group received conventional treatment. ⋯ The anxiety and depression scores of experimental group 1 were the lowest among the 3 groups, with the values of 59.62 ± 7.925 and 58.64 ± 6.416; The total patients who responded effectively to treatment in experimental group 1 accounted for 83%, and the patients who responded effectively to treatment rate was the highest in the 3 groups; The effect of decreasing the score of complications in experimental group 1 was also the most obvious, from 9.07 ± 4.28 to 3.14 ± 2.07, which was the best in the 3 groups; the self-evaluation of patients in experimental group 1 was the highest among the 3 groups, 89.72 ± 4.28. The proposed dual heart care and treatment method can effectively treat coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, and can effectively improve the clinical performance and self-acceptance of patients. It can effectively restore the anxiety and depression of patients after treatment, and then improve patients' life quality, which has the value of popularization and use.

17α-Hydroxylase/17, 20-lyase deficiency (17OHD) is a recessively inherited autosomal disease caused by CYP17A1 gene mutations. It is characterized by failure to synthesize cortisol, adrenal androgens and gonadal steroids. However, it is rare in clinic combining with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). ⋯ For patients with hypertension, hypokalemia and lack of pubertal development, the possibility of 17OHD should be considered. The subsequent treatment would be challenging in patients with combined 17OHD and T2DM, considering the potential contribution of glucocorticoids to diabetic balance and osteoporosis.

The study aims to investigate the potential action targets and molecular mechanisms of Simiao Yongan decoction (SMYAD) in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease (DPVD) by utilizing network pharmacology analysis and molecular docking technology. The components and targets of SMYAD were screened using the TCMSP database, while DPVD-related genes were obtained from the GeneCards, OMIM, and Disgenet databases. After intersecting the gene sets, a Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network was established, and Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses were carried out. ⋯ The molecular docking results demonstrate that the principal chemical components of SMYAD exhibit considerable potential for binding to the core targets. SMYAD has the potential to treat DPVD through various components, targets, and pathways. Its mechanism of action requires further experimental investigation.

Exercise Training for Patients With Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease—Efficacy and Adherence.
One-third of all persons with peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD) suffer from intermittent claudication. Exercise training under appropriate supervision is recommended in the pertinent guidelines, but physicians order it too rarely, and so-called vascular exercise groups are not available everywhere. This situation needs improvement in view of the impor - tance of walking ability and cardiorespiratory fitness for patients' quality of life and long-term disease outcome. ⋯ Exercise improves walking ability and lowers mortality. To attract patients with intermittent claudication to exercise training, a broad assortment of analog, digital and telemetric tools and a dense network of vascular exercise groups should be made available, along with regular contact between physicians and patients.
