Meta Analysis
Prognostic value of pretreatment modified Glasgow Prognostic Score in small cell lung cancer: A meta-analysis.
The prognostic role of pretreatment modified Glasgow Prognostic Score (mGPS) in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients remains unclear now. ⋯ Pretreatment mGPS was significantly associated with prognosis in SCLC and patients with elevated mGPS experienced obviously worse survival. Thus, pretreatment mGPS could serve as a novel and reliable prognostic indicator in SCLC patients.

Review Meta Analysis
Risk factors for rehospitalization within 90 days in patients with total joint replacement: A meta-analysis.
The risk factors influencing the readmission within 90 days following total joint replacement (TJR) are complex and heterogeneous, and few systematic reviews to date have focused on this issue. ⋯ The findings of this review and meta-analysis will aid clinicians as they seek to understand the risk factors for 90-day readmission following TJR. Clinicians should consider the identified key risk factors associated with unplanned readmissions and develop strategies to risk-stratify patients and provide dedicated interventions to reduce the rates of readmission and enhance the recovery process.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy in improving social engagement and pain susceptibility in patients with chronic low back pain (≥6 months duration). ⋯ CBT can improve patients' social participation and pain susceptibility to some extent, but it does not show advantages for managing negative emotions (depression, anxiety). Due to the limited number and low quality of included literature, the above findings still need to be validated by conducting a large sample of high-quality RCTs.

Effects of technology-assisted rehabilitation for patients with hip arthroplasty: A meta-analysis.
To investigate the efficacy of technology-assisted rehabilitation compared to that of usual care programs after total hip arthroplasty (THA) through randomized controlled trials (RCTs). ⋯ The findings suggest that technology-assisted rehabilitation, especially telerehabilitation, have been shown to improve the physical function of patients following THA compared to conventional rehabilitation. More robust studies are needed to validate the long-term efficacy and safety of innovative technology-assisted training strategies.

Anti-mitochondrial antibodies (AMA) and the M2 subtype are considered serological hallmarks in the diagnosis of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). However, these autoantibodies may be undetectable in some patients. This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of serum AMA and M2 for PBC. ⋯ This meta-analysis provides evidence affirming the utility of AMA and M2 as sensitive and specific serological hallmarks that can facilitate early screening and diagnosis of PBC.
