Cancer-related fatigue, a common symptom of cancer patients caused by the interaction of multiple factors, runs through the whole process of tumorigenesis, development, treatment, and prognosis. The main clinical manifestations are weakness, tiredness, exhaustion, fatigue, or slow movement, heavy limbs, low mood or irritability, sleep disturbance or lethargy, lack of attention, etc. CRF is different from the fatigue after daily body fatigue. It has no obvious relief or relief after rest or sleep, and exists for a long time in the relevant treatment and rehabilitation process. It seriously affects the physiological, psychological and social functions of patients, and reduces the quality of life of patients. Moxibustion therapy has shown strong advantages in the treatment of CRF, and the curative effect is accurate. Therefore, this paper will carry out a systematic evaluation and meta analysis of the efficacy and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of CRF. ⋯ INPLASY202110072.

Sperm DNA fragmentation (SDF) may hinder embryonic development and growth, increasing the risk of spontaneous miscarriage, and is considered an important factor affecting male infertility (MI). Traditional Chinese herbal medicine is considered effective in the treatment of MI due to SDF by nourishing kidney essence or promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis. The objective of this systematic review protocol is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese herbal medicine on the treatment of MI associated with SDF. ⋯ CRD42020221053.

We designed and performed a network meta-analysis to compare the clinical outcomes among the 5 surgeries-anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion (ACCF), anterior controllable antedisplacement fusion (ACAF), laminoplasty (LP), laminectomy (LC), and posterior decompression with instrumented fusion (PDF)-for patients with cervical spondylosis related to the ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL). ⋯ Our results suggested that both anterior (ACCF and ACAF) and posterior (LP, LC, and PDF) procedures have their strengths and weaknesses. Clinicians need to select the most appropriate surgery with a comprehensive consideration of the clinical condition of each patient with OPLL-related cervical spondylosis.
