Case Reports[Successful deployment of a percutaneous aortic valve in a patient with a mitral prosthesis. Risks and technical considerations].
The deployment of a percutaneous aortic valve is challenging in patients with a mitral prosthesis. The risk of prosthetic deformation, embolization or dysfunction is higher in this group of patients, which requires a series of technical considerations. We report a successful implantation of an Evolut Pro # 29 self-expanding valve in a 67-year-old female with a previous Starr-Edwards caged-ball mitral prosthesis.

Scale Development Study: Readiness for Discharge from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Home Care of Premature Infants by Parents.
To develop the readiness for hospital discharge scale for mothers and fathers with a premature infant hospitalised in the neonatal intensive care unit and to test the validity and reliability of this scale. ⋯ In line with the validity and reliability analyses, it was determined that the mother and father forms of the readiness of the parents of premature infants hospitalised in the NICU for the discharge of infants and home care scale were valid and reliable scales for measuring parents' readiness for discharge. Key Words: Parent, Premature, Neonatal intensive care units, Scale, Development, Reliability and validity.

Predictive Value of Betatrophin for Determining the Cardiovascular Risks of Obese Individuals.
To determine cardiovascular risk factors, calculate cardiovascular risk, and the value of betatrophin, a novel biomarker in predicting the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in obese individuals. ⋯ Its significant relationship with the risk groups determined by the Framingham scoring system and triglyceride level is promising for betatrophin to be used as a new biomarker in predicting the CVD risk. Key Words: Betatrophin, Framingham score, Cardiovascular disease, Obesity, Risk.

Pre-treatment Delta Neutrophil Index as a Predictive Factor in Renal Cell Carcinoma.
To determine the diagnostic value of the pre-treatment delta neutrophil index (DNI) before treatment in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and to compare this marker with other routine inflammation markers, such as neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR). ⋯ DNI is a new inflammatory marker, which is included in complete blood count parameters; and does not require any additional calculation, unlike NLR and PLR. It can be used in the prediction of RCC. Key Words: Renal cell carcinoma, Delta neutrophil index, Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, Platelet-lymphocyte ratio.

Association of Early-onset Androgenetic Alopecia and Metabolic Syndrome.
To evaluate the association of early-onset AGA (androgenetic alopecia) and metabolic syndrome in the younger male population. ⋯ This study suggests a significant association of AGA with metabolic syndrome. Key Words: Androgenetic alopecia, Metabolic syndrome, Early-onset alopecia, Cardiovascular disease.
