The quality of life of patients with malignant tumor can be affected by the severity and treatment of the disease. After chemotherapy, the main symptoms are gastrointestinal reactions, including nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and so on, and hematologic response including leukopenia, anemia, and bleeding in severe cases. Currently, moxibustion is conducted to improve the living life of patients after chemotherapy. This article will make a comprehensive and objective discussion in terms of the effect of moxibustion on quality of life after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/Q5NYM.

Migraine is a clinically high incidence rate of neurovascular disease. It is a recurrent headache. It is characterized by nausea, vomiting, fear of voice, and photophobia. Nowadays, a large number of randomized controlled clinical studies have shown that Chinese patent medicine has the advantages of good curative effect and high safety in the treatment of migraine. However, due to the variety of proprietary Chinese medicines, their relative effectiveness and safety have not yet been verified. Therefore, this study will use the network meta-analysis method to verify the effectiveness and safety of different kinds of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of migraine. ⋯ To provide evidence for evidence-based medicine and clinical researchers to choose more effective Chinese patent medicines to treat migraine.

Clinical TrialComparison of the Effects of Dexamethasone and Ondansetron on the Reduction of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting following Cesarean Section under Spinal Anesthesia.
Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) is a common complication associated with the use of anesthesia. Several antiemetics are used to reduce the incidence and severity of PONV. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of dexamethasone and ondansetron to treat PONV in patients undergoing cesarean section (c-section) under spinal anesthesia. ⋯ Based on the results of this study, ondansetron had a significant effect on the alleviation of postoperative nausea and vomiting, as compared to dexamethasone in C-section surgical candidates.

Severity of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy and early childhood neurobehavioural outcomes: The Growing Up in Singapore Towards Healthy Outcomes study.
Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP) affects 50 to 80 per cent of women. The existing literature has examined NVP from the perspective of the mother, and relatively less is known about offspring outcomes. ⋯ Severe NVP is highly prevalent in this Asian cohort and may be adversely associated with multiple offspring neurobehavioural outcomes.

Symptoms of gluten ingestion in patients with non-celiac gluten sensitivity: A randomized clinical trial.
Non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) is the presence of symptoms induced by gluten and relieved by a gluten-free diet (GFD) in patients without celiac disease or wheat allergy. Studies are mixed as to whether gluten is the main symptom trigger in patients with NCGS. Gluten immunogenic peptides (GIPs) in stool and urine are novel methods to monitor GFD compliance. Few studies have investigated their use in patients with NCGS. The aim of this study was to assess whether patients with NCGS have increased symptoms with gluten ingestion and to assess compliance with the GFD using stool and urine GIPs. ⋯ Patients with NCGS were more adherent to the GFD based on stool and urine GIP results. Patients with NCGS had increased symptom severity at baseline compared with healthy controls. Neither group had significantly increased symptoms after ingestion of gluten.
