AbstractA 72-year-old woman presented with headache. No central neural systemic signs or symptoms were seen, and laboratory studies were within normal range. Radiologic examinations showed a giant lesion with brain edema in the right cerebral hemisphere located at occipital and temporal lobes with significant meningeal enhancement on magnetic resonance imaging. Postoperative histopathologic examination disclosed Castleman disease, which is very rare, involving the central nervous system.Copyright © 2020 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
