AbstractIn the case of stent thrombosis and resistance to clopidogrel, choices of an alternative drug remain limited. In 2 cases of subacute stent thrombosis associated with clopidogrel resistance, an adequate response was obtained in these patients after repeated loading doses of clopidogrel.
