AbstractGastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common spread diseases. Its manifestations are diverse and include esophageal and extraesophageal manifestations. One of them is a so-called "respiratory mask". It is very difficult to cure it without realizing therapy of the main disease. A clinical case of a patient with bronchial asthma in combination with a hernia hiatal and GERD is described. Clinical effectiveness of surgical treatment is demonstrated clinically.
