[[How to Prevent Emotional Burnout Syndrome in Health Professionals?].]
Working in conditions of physical and psychological overload, occupational hazard makes health workers vulnerable to the development of burnout syndrome. Currently, 67.6% of physicians in Russia suffer from emotional burnout syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by a certain symptoms, which have their predictors. Prevention and treatment of emotional burnout syndrome - a complex problem that can be solved with the participation of heads of medical institutions, full- time psychologists and psychotherapists with the direct involvement of health professionals.

[DIAGNOSIS AND CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF CIRRHOTIC CARDIOMYOPATHY].
The aim of the study was to determine the incidence of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy (CCMP), features of its recognition and clinical manifestations. ⋯ The frequency of detection of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy was 63.7%. More pronounced CCMP signs were observed in alcoholic liver cirrhosis than in viral. The frequency of detection and severity of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy progres sively increased with the severity of liver cirrhosis. Brain natriuretic peptide was the most sensitive indicator of myocardial damage in liver cirrhosis irrespective of its etiology.

Case Reports[Bronchial spasm as extraesophageal manifestations of gastroesophageal reflux disease].
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common spread diseases. Its manifestations are diverse and include esophageal and extraesophageal manifestations. ⋯ A clinical case of a patient with bronchial asthma in combination with a hernia hiatal and GERD is described. Clinical effectiveness of surgical treatment is demonstrated clinically.
