    AbstractWe report a case of cerebral infarction following traumatic brain injury associated with low cerebral blood flow, but not detected by measurements of jugular venous oxygen saturation, cerebral lactate production, cerebral perfusion pressure, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, or measures of systemic hemodynamics.
