Colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks as the second leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are a key constituent of immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME) and are significantly associated with patient outcomes. Our study aimed to construct a Treg-associated signature to predict the prognosis of CRC patients. ⋯ Further analysis exhibited that more tumor-suppressing immune cells and higher immune checkpoint genes were enriched in CRC patients with high-risk scores. Moreover, immunohistochemistry analysis validated that the genes in the prognostic model were significantly elevated in CRC tissues. We were the first to construct a prognostic signature for CRC based on TrAGs and further revealed that the poor prognosis of patients was mainly attributed to the tumor-suppressing microenvironment and upregulated immune checkpoint genes in tumor tissues.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review for understanding the availability and limitations of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches that could automatically identify and quantify computed tomography (CT) findings in traumatic brain injury (TBI). ⋯ We identified several important TBI-related CT findings that can be automatically identified and quantified with AI. A combination of these techniques may provide useful tools to enhance reproducibility of TBI identification and quantification by supporting radiologists and clinicians in their TBI assessments and reducing subjective human factors.

Review Case Reports
5-Fluorouracil and actinomycin D lead to erythema multiforme drug eruption in chemotherapy of invasive mole: Case report and literature review.
5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) and actinomycin D (ActD) are often used in chemotherapy for various cancers. Side effects are more common in bone marrow suppression, liver function impairment, and gastrointestinal responses. Skin effects are rare and easy to be ignored by doctors and patients, which can lead to life-threatening consequence. ⋯ Delays in diagnosis or treatment may lead to serious consequence. We should pay attention to the dosage of 5-FU and ActD, monitor adverse reactions strictly, to reduce occurrence of skin malignant events.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
Biosimilar erythropoietin in anemia treatment (BEAT)-Efficacy and safety of a 1:1 dose conversion from EPREX® to EPIAO® in patients with end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis: A prospective, randomized, double blind, parallel group study.
EPREX®/ERYPO®/PROCRIT® (epoetin alfa, Janssen-Cilag GmbH) was the first available recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) and was universally reference product as per the recommendation provided by European Medicines Agency. EPIAO® is a biosimilar formulation of EPREX®, and making it a 1:1 dose conversion from EPREX® according to recommendation of European Medicines Agency. This study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of EPIAO® in subjects with end-stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis after intravenous administration. ⋯ EPIAO® demonstrated promising effectiveness and manageable safety in patients with end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis.
