Retrospective review of a multi-institutional data registry. ⋯ Age was not associated with complications nor predictive of functional outcomes in patients who underwent MTLIF. Age alone, therefore, may not be an appropriate surrogate for risk. Furthermore, baseline preoperative independent ambulation was associated with better clinical outcomes and should be considered during preoperative surgical counseling.Level of Evidence: 3.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
Efficacy and Long-term Effect of Radiofrequency Denervation in Patients with Clinically Diagnosed Cervical Facet Joint Pain: A Double-blind Randomized Controlled Trial.
Multicenter double-blind randomized sham-controlled trial. ⋯ We did not observe significant differences between RF denervation combined with injection of local anesthesia compared with local anesthesia only at 6 months follow-up. We found a difference in the long-term effect after 6 months follow-up in favor of the RF treatment.Level of Evidence: 2.

Multicenter Study Observational Study
Deep Learning Application in Spinal Implant Identification.
Retrospective observational study. ⋯ The deep learning application is effective for spinal implant identification. This demonstrates that clinicians can use ML-based deep learning applications to improve clinical practice and patient care.Level of Evidence: 3.

This was a subanalysis of an international, multicenter, open-label study. ⋯ Results from the analysis suggest that denosumab is potentially effective treatment for patients with GCTB of the spine including the sacrum. The adverse event profile was consistent with the full study population.Level of Evidence: 2.
