Multicenter StudyMulticenter Study of Temporal Changes and Prognostic Value of a CT Visual Severity Score in Hospitalized Patients With Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
BACKGROUND. Chest CT findings have the potential to guide treatment of hospitalized patients with coronavirus disease (COVID-19). OBJECTIVE. ⋯ A prognostic model based on the CT visual severity score and clinical variables shows strong performance in predicting in-hospital complications. CLINICAL IMPACT. The prognostic model using the CT visual severity score may help identify patients at highest risk of poor outcomes and guide early intervention.

Multicenter StudyAssociation of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) With Large Vessel Occlusion Strokes: A Case-Control Study.
BACKGROUND. An increase in frequency of acute ischemic strokes has been observed among patients presenting with acute neurologic symptoms during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. OBJECTIVE. ⋯ COVID-19 is associated with LVO strokes but not with SVO strokes. CLINICAL IMPACT. Patients with COVID-19 presenting with acute neurologic symptoms warrant a lower threshold for suspicion of large vessel stroke, and prompt workup for large vessel stroke is recommended.

Multicenter StudyRelation Between Chest CT Findings and Clinical Conditions of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pneumonia: A Multicenter Study.
OBJECTIVE. The increasing number of cases of confirmed coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in China is striking. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between chest CT findings and the clinical conditions of COVID-19 pneumonia. ⋯ Most patients with COVID-19 pneumonia have GGO or mixed GGO and consolidation and vascular enlargement in the lesion. Lesions are more likely to have peripheral distribution and bilateral involvement and be lower lung predominant and multifocal. CT involvement score can help in evaluation of the severity and extent of the disease.

Multicenter StudyImage Quality and Lesion Detection on Deep Learning Reconstruction and Iterative Reconstruction of Submillisievert Chest and Abdominal CT.
OBJECTIVE. The objective of this study was to compare image quality and clinically significant lesion detection on deep learning reconstruction (DLR) and iterative reconstruction (IR) images of submillisievert chest and abdominopelvic CT. MATERIALS AND METHODS. ⋯ The LD FIRST, LD AIDR 3D, and LD FBP images had inferior image quality compared with SD AIDR 3D images (p < 0.0001). CONCLUSION. At submillisievert chest and abdominopelvic CT doses, DLR enables image quality and lesion detection superior to commercial IR and FBP images.

Multicenter StudyPrebiopsy Biparametric MRI for Clinically Significant Prostate Cancer Detection With PI-RADS Version 2: A Multicenter Study.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System version 2 (PI-RADSv2) with respect to prebiopsy MRI with and without dynamic contrast enhancement in the detection of clinically significant cancer (CSC). ⋯ For detecting CSC, the diagnostic performance of prebiopsy bpMRI without DCE-MRI is similar to that of mpMRI with DCE-MRI.
