Case Reports[Mushroom poisoning by brunneoincarnata: about two cases].
Amatoxin poisoning constitutes the main cause of death due to mushroom intoxication in Europe. This one was initially reported for the ingestion of Amanita phalloides with frequently fatal outcome. ⋯ With the knowledge of mushroom, most of them involved other species which can often be linked to edible mushroom. We report a collective intoxication by Lepiota brunneoincarnata.

Case Reports[Non-operative management of a hepatic pseudoaneurysm and a biloma complicating a blunt abdominal trauma].
Hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm and bilioma are rare complications of blunt abdominal trauma in children. We report a case in an 11-year-old patient after a hepatic and splenic blunt trauma following a car accident. The initial evolution was simple with haemodynamic stability. ⋯ The first one was treated with a stent and the second one needed three drains: two peritoneal and one in the biloma. The characteristic of this case relies on the association of two complications. It underlines the need of multidiscipline and non-operative management of pediatric blunt hepatic trauma.

[Why should we inform the patients after difficult tracheal intubation?].
Unanticipated difficult tracheal intubation may be challenging to anaesthesiologists. It is still associated with morbidity or mortality. Previous difficult intubation is vital information to organize appropriate airway management. ⋯ We propose in this article an airway alert form, following several criteria published in the literature. This is, in our opinion, an important step to improve the efficiency of guidelines on airway management and the overall quality of the anaesthesia process. Its efficacy to decrease morbidity related to difficult tracheal intubation remains to be demonstrated.

Case Reports[Interscalene brachial plexus block for glenohumeral luxation in prehospital medicine].
We report the case of a successful interscalene block for the pain management of a glenohumeral luxation in prehospital care. Interscalene block is an attractive technique in prehospital pain management. However, this regional anaesthesia technique must be performed only by a skilled anaesthesiologist.
