[Organizational procedures and health care management. A point of view from primary care centres].
We aimed to know how the directive teams perceive the implementation of organizational procedures in relation with the health care management in the primary care setting. ⋯ A wide variability of the implementation of organizational procedures in PCC was observed. Further research is needed to determine whether any organizational and professional changes could contribute to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

[Improvement of control in subjects with type 2 diabetes after a joint intervention: diabetes education and physical activity].
To study the improvement of metabolic control and cardiovascular risk factors, adherence, self-monitoring, self-care, attitudes and motivation in subjects with Type 2 Diabetes (DM2) in a specific Health Care Area after group intervention through the community: diabetes education (DE) and physical exercise (PE). ⋯ Patient conditions improve more with the combination of DE and PE, though the results are not statistically significant, probably due to insufficient sample size.

Describe gender-based violence by intimate partners against female nurses in a sample of nurses in Andalucia, Spain. ⋯ It was confirmed the presence of intimate partner violence (IPV) against nurses, which was predominantly psychological abuse, but others classes of abuse were present too.

To estimate the prevalence, detection, treatment and degree of control of cardiovascular risk factors in Extremadura. ⋯ Extremadura's population is highly exposed to major cardiovascular risk factors, especially men. Smoking, obesity and diabetes stand in the national context as the most prevalent in our community.
