To assess if the lockdown period (March-April 2020) during the coronavirus disease-19 outbreak in Italy influenced the number, presentation, and treatment of urgent admissions to the emergency department for ureteral lithiasis, and to evaluate the same variables during the reopening phase (May-June 2020). ⋯ The coronavirus disease-19 lockdown period provoked a meaningful reduction in symptomatic ureteral lithiasis admission. Most patients presented with complicated disease, which required an increased rate of interventional procedures compared to the equivalent period in 2019. Admissions reverted to normal levels during the reopening phase.

Efficacy and safety of first-line nivolumab plus ipilimumab in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma: A multicenter retrospective study.
To investigate the efficacy and safety of first-line nivolumab plus ipilimumab for patients treated with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. ⋯ In our experience, treatment response to nivolumab plus ipilimumab is comparable with that of the CheckMate 214 clinical trial, but the incidence of treatment-related adverse events is lower. The International Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium poor-risk group and initial C-reactive protein value might have a prognostic value for poor survival.

C-reactive protein/albumin ratio is a predictive factor for prognosis in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
To evaluate the effect of pretreatment C-reactive protein/albumin ratio and modified Glasgow prognostic score on the prognosis in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. ⋯ The C-reactive protein/albumin ratio is a simple and independent predictor of overall survival in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. The predictive activity was significantly improved in the International Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium-C-reactive protein/albumin ratio model compared with the International Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium/International Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium-modified Glasgow prognostic score models.

Botulinum toxin A injection for the treatment of neurogenic detrusor overactivity secondary to spinal cord injury: multi-institutional experience in Japan.
To examine the efficacy and safety of onabotulinumtoxinA (Botox) injection into the bladder wall for the treatment of neurogenic detrusor overactivity secondary to spinal cord injury in Japanese patients. ⋯ The present findings show the efficacy and tolerability of onabotulinumtoxinA injection for the treatment of neurogenic detrusor overactivity in Japanese spinal cord injury patients.

TriMatch comparison of the efficacy of FloSeal versus TachoSil versus no hemostatic agents for partial nephrectomy: results from a large multicenter dataset.
To evaluate the efficacy of hemostatic agents, TachoSil and FloSeal, during partial nephrectomy using a large multicenter dataset. ⋯ The present findings suggest that adding hemostatic agents to renorraphy during partial nephrectomy does not provide better surgical outcomes.
