ReviewVirtual Skills Teaching of Nursing Students during COVID-19: A Problem-Solving Approach.
The COVID-19 pandemic radically affected the whole education system including nursing education. Review Case ReportsPrepontine and Meckel's Cave Dermoid Cyst: MR and CT Findings with Literature Review.
Dermoid cysts (DCs) are benign, congenital tumors that comprise 0.04-0.6% of all intracranial tumors. DC rupture is a rare complication and usually occurs spontaneously. The most common localisations of intracranial DCs are the posterior fossa, and suprasellar and parasellar regions. ⋯ To the best of our knowledge, only four cases have been reported in the literature so far. We present MRI and CT findings of a patient with DC, which ruptured into the subarachnoid space extending from the right Meckel's cave to the prepontine cistern. Key Words: Dermoid cysts, Meckel's cave, Prepontine cistern, Rupture.

Breastfeeding/Breast Milk Safety in Infants of Mothers with Suspected or Confirmed COVID-19 Infection.
The purpose of this systematic review was to determine whether suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infected mothers in the lactation period can breastfeed their infants; and whether suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infected mothers can breastfeed their infants by taking some precautions. The study also aimed to present the measures that can be taken in line with the evidence. The studies conducted after November 2019 and including infants of suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infected mothers were reviewed between 2019 and 2020. ⋯ In most of the sources examined, it was concluded that most of the breastfed infants had negative findings for SARS-Cov-2 infection in PCR. In line with the limited data available, it was concluded that most of the breastfed infants had negative findings for SARS-Cov-2 infection in PCR; and breastfeeding mothers should initiate breastfeeding by taking protective measures. Key Words: Breastfeeding, COVID-19, Suspected COVID-19 infected mothers, Confirmed COVID-19 infected mothers.

Review Case ReportsA Case Report of Imatinib-induced Acute Heart Failure and Literature Review.
Patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) or acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) are appropriate candidates for medical treatment using imatinib. Here, we report a case of imatinib-induced acute heart failure in a patient with ALL and retrospectively analyse the adverse reactions of imatinib. The patient was a 45-year man with Ph+ and bcr-abl positive (bcr-abl+) ALL. ⋯ A retrospective analysis of the adverse reactions in 100 cases of leukemia patients, who took imatinib in the past three years, indicated a rare incidence of congestive heart failure among those patients. Our experience in treating the patient suggests that brain natriuretic peptide levels and cardiac doppler examinations should be monitored closely in these patients. Key Words: Imatinib, Acute lymphoid leukemia, Acute heart failure.

Review Case ReportsLung Biopsy in Coronavirus-19 Pneumonia: A Case Report and Review of Literature.
Pneumonia is one of the major manifestations of infection by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) virus. CT scans are used as first line investigation in suspected cases. Biopsies are almost never done. ⋯ His biopsy showed patchy changes of viral pneumonia. One week later, he tested positive for COVID-19 on PCR. He became asymptomatic soon and the ground glass lung opacities cleared up within another week without any treatment in spite of having a serious comorbid condition. Key Words: Viral pneumonia, COVID-19, Lung biopsy.
