The article aims to describe the establishment and development of the Vascular Access Unit in a major hospital in Southern Europe during the SARS-COV2 pandemic and to evaluate the benefits brought by the Unit. ⋯ Establishing Vascular Access Teams should be a priority in large hospitals, as they can positively impact ward organization and significantly enhance patient satisfaction.

Antibiotic prescription, its nature and its duration are a very common decision-making situation in primary care practice. Clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) are regularly emitted by various organisations on this topic. ⋯ There is a lack of quality in the development process of the current French guidelines in primary care infectiology. This process should be reconsidered, with higher insistence as to its quality.

The effect of music on pain, anxiety and satisfaction during nonstress testing.
To determine the effect of instrumental music played during Nonstress Test (NST) on pain, anxiety and satisfaction. ⋯ A successful pregnancy is important for the health of mother and baby. Reducing anxiety and stress, especially during the examinations, ensures that the process continues successfully. It is recommended that music played during pregnancy examinations and screening tests be used in clinics and during the procedure to increase satisfaction and reduce anxiety.

One of the important considerations to select the appropriate outcome measures is determining if the tool is relevant to patients. Despite the availability of various performance-based tests to objectively assess function, it is unknown which performance-based tests best capture important aspects of function after hip or knee arthroplasty. ⋯ Our ICF-based content analysis revealed that the existing performance-based tests covered certain OA core set activity and participation categories, but overlooked multiple categories. This analysis can serve as a guide for researchers and clinicians in selecting suitable performance-based tests or a battery of tests to assess function following hip or knee arthroplasty.

Eco-anxiety caused by climate change, which is a significant public health problem, has negative effects on sexual and reproductive health, and these effects are expected to increase continuously. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between eco-anxiety caused by climate change and the fertility preferences of women. ⋯ As the ecological anxiety levels of women increased, their attitudes toward childbearing became more negative.
