To determine the efficacy of modified combined trabeculotomy-trabeculectomy (CTT) with mitomycin-C (MMC) versus conventional CTT with MMC for intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction in patients with primary congenital glaucoma (PCG). ⋯ Our study revealed that conventional CTT with MMC showed better efficacy than modified CTT with MMC for reduction of IOP in PCG.

To investigate the clinical efficacy of 3D-printed fusion cage implantation in treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy. ⋯ The clinical efficacy of 3D printed intervertebral fusion cage placement in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy may be reliable, and it would be better than traditional intervertebral fusion cages in maintaining the height, angle, cervical Cobb angle, and fusion rate of the intervertebral space.

The safety and efficacy of through-and-through wire technique for ureteral Double-J stent placement.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the through-and-through wire (TTW) technique for antegrade ureteral Double-J stent placement after failure of either antegrade or retrograde ureteral stent placement. ⋯ The TTW technique was safe and effective in the undertaking of PCN and antegrade Double-J stent placement in patients for whom either antegrade or retrograde access had failed.

To investigate the clinical value of psychological nursing and nutritional intervention in radiopharmaceutical therapy of patients with thyroid carcinoma. ⋯ Psychological nursing and nutritional intervention may result in a variety of benefits for patients with thyroid carcinoma receiving radiopharmaceutical therapy, such as effectively ameliorating the quality of life of patients, improving the cognitive level of patients with the disease and treatment compliance, reducing anxiety and depression, and enhancing patient satisfaction with nursing.

To investigate the efficacy and safety of refined nursing combined with Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion in treating patients with gastric cancer (GC) of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome. ⋯ Refined nursing combined with Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with GC of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome, reduce chemotherapeutic-induced adverse reactions, with high clinical application value.
