Randomized Controlled Trial[Comparison of the effect of CPAP+PPS mode and CPAP+ASB mode in weaning on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients].
To investigate the effect of different appropriate modes of weaning from mechanical ventilation (MV) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). ⋯ Compared with CPAP+ASB ventilation mode, CPAP+PPS ventilation mode can reduce respiratory muscle load, promote respiratory function recovery, and reduce the occurrence of man-machine confrontation, which is beneficial to AECOPD patients taking ventilator weaning, and can significantly shorten the ventilator weaning time of patients and further shorten the hospitalization time.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of different crystalloids on internal environment in patients with septic shock receiving early fluid resuscitation: a prospective randomized controlled trial].
To compare the effect of 0.9% NaCl solution, Ringer solution, and acetate sodium potassium magnesium calcium glucose solution (ASPMCG solution) on internal environment in patients with septic shock receiving early fluid resuscitation. ⋯ Chinese Clinical Trial Registry, ChiCTR-IOR-16009176.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Impact of permissive underfeeding versus standard enteral feeding on outcomes in critical patients requiring mechanical ventilation: a prospective randomized controlled study].
To compare the impact of permissive underfeeding versus standard enteral feeding on outcomes in critical patients requiring mechanical ventilation (MV). ⋯ The curative effect and prognosis of MV severe patients receiving permissive underfeeding are similar to those of standard enteral feeding, but it can reduce the dosage of insulin with better gastrointestinal tolerance.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Significance of peripheral perfusion index in early diagnosis and goal-directed therapy of septic shock patients: a prospective single-blind randomized controlled trial].
To investigate the application of peripheral perfusion index (PPI) in early diagnosis and goal-directed therapy of septic shock, and to provide reference for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment of septic shock. ⋯ The inadequacy of microcirculatory perfusion by oximetry-derived PPI is more sensitive to the diagnosis of septic shock than hypotension of systemic circulation. With PPI guiding the fluid resuscitation of septic shock patients, vasopressors can be withdrawn earlier and the duration of the CRRT and ICU can be decreased.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Curative effect of paraquat detoxification recipe combined with continuous hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with APP and clinical value of Presepsin].
To investigate the clinical effect of paraquat (PQ) detoxification recipe combined with continuous hemoperfusion (HP) in the treatment of patients with acute paraquat poisoning (APP) and clinical significance of soluble CD14 subtype (sCD14-st, Presepsin). ⋯ Early administration of PQ detoxification recipe combined with continuous HP treatment can effectively reduce Presepsin level, decrease the mortality of patients with moderate APP, improve the prognosis. Presepsin can assess the prognosis of patients with APP.
