Randomized Controlled Trial[Protective effect of aminophylline on cerebral injury during cardiopulmonary bypass in infants].
To investigate the protective effect of aminophylline on cerebral injury induced by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in infants. ⋯ There is cerebral damage induced by CPB. Aminophylline may play a protective role in cerebral injury by modulating the balance between the pro-inflammatory factor and anti-inflammatory factor to reduce the level of S-100beta protein and NSE during CPB and open cardiac surgeries.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Multimodal effect of celecoxib on the perioperative analgesia in orthopaedic surgery].
To determine the multimodal postoperative analgesia effect of celecoxib combined with patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) and its clinical efficacy and related adverse events in orthopaedic procedures. ⋯ The multimodal use of the specific COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib in the postoperative period of orthopaedic procedures clearly improves postoperative pain, reduces the opioid consumption, releases the sleep disturbance, demonstrates more satisfaction in patients and lower chronic pain rate after discharge, without affecting the platelet and coagulation function.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Remifentanil and fentanyl combined with propofol administered by target controlled infusion in neurosurgery].
To compare the hemodynamics and post-anesthetic recovery of total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) with remifentanil or fentanyl combined with propofol administered by target controlled infusion (TCI) in neurosurgery. ⋯ TIVA with remifentanil or fentanyl combined with propofol administered by TCI in neurosurgical operation can provided steadible hemodynamics. Resuscitation of remifentanil with propofol administered by target controlled infusion were more quickly but the scores of pain were more higher than that of fentanyl.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Three subanaesthetic dose ketamines mixed with butorphanol in the postoperative continuous intravenous analgesia].
To determine an optimal clinical dose of ketamine after comparing the efficacy and security of 3 low dose ketamines mixed with butorphanol in the postoperative continuous intravenous analgesia. ⋯ Ketamine in subanaesthetic dose added to butorphanol for postoperative continuous intravenous infusion has a better postoperative analgesic effect and sedation. It can effectively spare butorphanol consumption without increasing adverse effects. The optimal combined dose is 90-120 microg/(kg x h).

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of different tidal volume ventilations on atelectasis in patients during general anesthesia by CT scan].
To investigate the effect of different tidal volume ventilations on the amount of atelectasis during general anesthesia. ⋯ Low tidal volume(6 mL/kg) ventilation is more feasible during general anesthesia in patients with healthy lungs, and it does not increase the atelectasis and impairment of gas exchange.
