[Bispectral index, cerebral state index and the predicted effect-site concentration at different clinical end-points during target-controlled infusion of propofol].
To examine the predicted effect-site concentration of propofol at two clinical end-points: loss of verbal contact (LVC) and loss of consciousness (LOC), and to explore the relationship between bispectral index (BIS) values, cerebral state index (CSI) values and the predicted effect-site concentration during the target-controlled infusion of propofol. ⋯ During target-controlled infusion of propofol, LVC and LOC occur within a definite range of predicted effect-site concentrations. There is the good linearity between BIS, CSI and the predicted effect-site concentrations of propofol. CSI may be more useful than BIS in predicting LVC and LOC.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical observation of propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil for induced abortion anesthesia].
To observe the effect of propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil for abortion anesthesia. ⋯ Propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil gives more efficient anesthesia for induced abortion patients in gynecology department. It can not only have satisfactory anesthesia effect, but also decrease adverse effects and obtain better depression effects to the post-operative hypogastric pain.

[Intrathecal administration of HSV-I amplicon vector-mediated HPPE gene therapy of nocicepion in rats with formalin pain].
To investigate the antinociceptive effect of intrathecal administration of HSV-I amplicon vector-mediated HPPE. ⋯ This amplicon virus can transfer HPPE into rat central nerve system neural cells and express efficiently, suggesting SHPZ is satisfactory treatment for gene therapy for chronic pain. Intrathecal delivery SHPZ demonstrated antinociceptive effects on formalin induced pain.

[Effect of intrathecal katemine on the expression of nNOS in spinal dorsal horn in rats with formalin pain].
To investigate the expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in spinal dorsal horn and the effect of intrathecal katemine on the expression of nNOS in the rats with formalin-induced pain. ⋯ There was significant antinociception of intrathecal katemine in rats with formalin pain. Intrathecal katemine significantly inhibited the increase of nNOS expression in the spinal dorsal horn of formalin-induced pain, suggesting nNOS plays an important role in nociceptive transmission and modulation of the spinal cord.

[Effect of morphine on dorsal horn projection neurons in neuropathic pain rats].
To explore the inhibitory effect of spinal topical morphine on the dorsal horn projection neurons in nerve-injured rats and its mechanism. ⋯ The loss of tonic GABAergic inhibition contributes to the reduced inhibitory effect of morphine on dorsal horn projection neurons in nerve-injured rats.
