Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of mechanical ventilation with different tidal volumes on the respiratory function during general anesthesia].
To determine the effect of mechanical ventilation with different tidal volumes on the respiratory function during general anesthesia and to seek optimum way and parameters of mechanical ventilation during general anesthesia. ⋯ The optimum tidal volume of mechanical ventilation is not 4 mL/kg at the rate of 15 respiratory rate during general anesthesia in the supine position because of a high arterial carbon dioxide tension. Yet 6-8 mL/kg is better for neurosurgical anesthesia. Increasing the tidal volume alone may not improve the respiratory function impairment during general anesthesia.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of different doses of sufentanil on stress responses to tracheal intubation in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery].
To determine the effect of different doses of sufentanil on stress responses to tracheal intubation in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery. ⋯ Three doses of sufentanil may effectively control the stress responses to the tracheal intubation in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery, and the hemodynamics during the intubation at 1microg/kg is much more stable.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of BIS and AEPindex monitoring on the depth of anesthesia in in intravenous-inhalational anesthesia anesthesia].
To evaluate the effects of bispectral index(BIS) and auditory evoked potentials index(AEPindex) monitoring on the depth of anesthesia in inhalation of isoflurane and target-controlled infusion(TCI) of propofol, and to observe the changes of BIS and AEPindex. ⋯ BIS and AEPindex are reliable parameters to monitor the depth of anesthesia of isoflurane and propofol combined anesthesia; and in response to the stimulation of tracheal intubation, AEPindex is better than BIS, but BIS and AEPindex can not be used to predict the cardiovascular reaction of skin incision and exploration.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Spinal anesthesia with low dose sufentanil-bupivacaine in transurethral resection of the prostate].
To explore the clinical efficacy of intrathecally administered low dose sufentanil-bupivacaine in transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). METHODS. Ninety patient (ASA I - III) undergoing TURP were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 30); Group A, B and C. Group A received 7.5 mg bupivacaine + 5 microg sufentanil + 10% glucose; Group B received 7.5 mg bupivacaine + 7.5 microg sufentanil + 10% glucose; Group C received 15 mg bupivacaine + 10% glucose. The volume was 3 mL in every group. SP, DP, HR, SpO2, the degree of motor and sensory blockade and the side effect were observed. ⋯ Spinal anesthesia with low dose sufentanil-bupivacaine possesses relatively steady hemodynamics. The blockade degree of motor and sensory blockade in this spinal anesthesia is lower than that in standard spinal bupivacaine in TURP.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical observation of propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil for induced abortion anesthesia].
To observe the effect of propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil for abortion anesthesia. ⋯ Propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil gives more efficient anesthesia for induced abortion patients in gynecology department. It can not only have satisfactory anesthesia effect, but also decrease adverse effects and obtain better depression effects to the post-operative hypogastric pain.
