To investigate the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail anti rotation (PFNA) and titanium plate in the treatment of Evans Jensen type V intertrochanteric fractures. ⋯ Evans Jensen was treated with PFNA intramedullary fixation through reduction and fixation of femoral moment and lateral wall with reconstruction titanium plate Vtype intertrochanteric fracture can restore the support of femoral moment and lateral wall to femoral head and neck, improve the stability of fracture end and internal fixation after operation, and reduce the risk of fracture end displacement, internal fixation loosening, cutting out and even fracture after treatment with PFNA alone. To shorten the bed time of elderly patients and reduce the operation related complications, it provides a new idea and method for the treatment of Evans Jensen type V intertrochanteric fracture.

To compare the clinical efficacy of three minimally invasive methods of anterior column screw, plate and screw rod system in the treatment of anterior pelvic ring fracture. ⋯ Minimally invasive internal fixation with anterior column screw, plate and screw rod system can obtain good clinical effect, but anterior column screw fixation has less trauma and lower incidence of surgicalcomplications.

To analyze the characteristics of lumbar spine-pelvic structure in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and its significance in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS). ⋯ Lumbar spinal pelvic structure of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis has undergone significant changes. Lumbar lordosis and pelvic dumping phenomenon in the mechanism of lumbar degeneration plays an important role. Lumbar facet joint degeneration and lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration are mutually promoted, and lumbar spondylolisthesis aggravates intervertebral disc and facet joint degeneration.

To explore the clinical effects of anterior cervical discectomy with fusion (ACDF) and anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion (ACCF) in treating adjacent two-segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). ⋯ Two types of anterior cervical decompression and fusion for the treatment of two segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy can effectively decompress and improve the Cobb angle and cervical curvature of the affected vertebra. The ACDF surgical procedure can directly removethe compressive thing at intervertebral level, which will lead to little vertebral body damage and favorably recovered cervical curvature. The ACCF surgical procedure has a large operation space, which can easily remove the posterior vertebral osteophyte and the calcified posterior longitudinal ligament. Long-term follow-up shows that ACDF and ACCF have good surgical procedures, mature technology, and close efficacy.

To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-quality direct anterior approach (DAA) and other approaches for the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. ⋯ The current evidenceindicates that the DAA was associated with a significantly lower dislocation rate compared to posterior capsular approaches for hemiarthroplasty. There was no significant difference in dislocation rate with the lateral and anterolateral approach.
