With the serious aging of the population, the incidence of fragility fractures of the pelvis(FFPs) has gradually increased, which has become a public problem affecting the living quality of the elderly. When a surgical treatment is chosen, the procedure should be as minimal invasive as possible and avoid all surgical complications. ⋯ Their advantages and limitations are presented: sacroplasty, iliosacral screw osteosynthesis, cement augmentation, transiliac internal fixation, transsacral osteosynthesis, lumbopelvic fixation. The purpose of this paper is to review the classification and minimally invasive treatment of FFP.

Stenosing tenosynovitis of styloid process of radius(de Quervain's disease) which abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis in the first extensor chamber are affected by resistance when sliding, the incidence is affected by anatomical variations. Symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations can diagnose the disease. Slight dQS can be improved by rest, brace, restriction activities, and oral medications. ⋯ Surgical treatment can more completely change the condition of dQD from anatomical structure, and clinical should pay attention to the choice of surgical procedure to improve the efficacy and reduce the occurrence of surgical complications. This article discusses the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the perspective of anatomical structure. It mainly analyzes the therapeutic targets and the clinical application, which aims to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of de Quervain disease.

As one of the most common fractures of the foot, the blood supply characteristics and unique anatomy of proximal fifth metatarsal fracture makes a high risk of delayed union or non-union of fractures occurring at the junction of the diaphyseal-metaphyseal. At present, the classification system of proximal fifth metatarsal fracture is complicated and not yet unified, and Lawrence and Botte classification is more recommended. The system divides proximal fifth metatarsal fracture into three types:avulsion fractures of tuberosity(Zone I), fractures at the metaphysis-diaphysis junction, which extend into the fourth-fifth intermetatarsal facet (Zone II) and the proximal diaphyseal fractures(Zone III). ⋯ There are a variety of surgical methods for proximal fifth metatarsal fracture. For the fracture of Zone II and Zone III, percutaneous intramedullary screw is the first choice. In addition, clinicians should also have a thorough understanding of common complications of fracture and associated disposal methods.

As a self-protective mechanism of cells, autophagy of cells can maintain cell stability by degrading self-aging substances, and it can be highly induced. The ability of autophagy to degraded cells will decrease with age. The resorption phenomenon after lumbar disc herniation is one of the effective mechanisms in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation. ⋯ The study of cell autophagy has great significance to the degenerative disease of intervertebral disk and the reabsorption of lumbar disc herniation. And it is also of great significance for the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. For this reason, we should pay more attention to the study of cell autophagy in resorption.

Metastatic epidural compression of the spinal cord is a significant source of morbidity in patients with systemic cancer. With improvment of oncotheray, survival period in the patients is improving and metastatic cord compression is en- countered increasingly often. ⋯ Patients with radiosensitive tumours without spine instabili- ty, radiotherapy is an effective therapy. Spinal stereotactic radiosurgery and minimally invasive techniques, such as vertebro- plasty and kyphoplasty, percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, radiofrequency ablation are promising options for treatment of cer- tain selected patients with spinal metastases.
