To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-quality direct anterior approach (DAA) and other approaches for the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. ⋯ The current evidenceindicates that the DAA was associated with a significantly lower dislocation rate compared to posterior capsular approaches for hemiarthroplasty. There was no significant difference in dislocation rate with the lateral and anterolateral approach.

To compare clinical effect of intramedullary nailing through suprapatellar, infrapatellar and paracpatellar approach in treating tibial shaft fracture. ⋯ intramedullary nailing through suprapatellar for the treatment of tibial shaft fracture is benefit for fracture healing and recovery of knee joint function, while infrapatellar and paracpatellar approach have advantages in exposure of insertion point. We should select approach reasonably according to our experience.

To explore the clinical efficacy of C3 expanded half lamina excision combined with unilateral open door laminoplasty for multiple segmental cervical spinal cord compression syndrome. ⋯ C3 expanded half lamina excision combined with unilateral open-door laminoplasty is an effective method to treat multiple segmental cervical spinal cord compression syndrome, for it can not only fully relieved spinal cord compression, but also achievedgood effect in preventing complications such as axial symptoms by reducing stripping of muscles from C2 spinous process.

To explore the method and curative effect of double bundle reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with total internal short tendon technique. ⋯ Arthroscopic double bundle reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with short internal tendon is safe and reliable, with less tendon transplantation, more stable fixation, and more bone reserve, which is beneficial for healing and renovation. The short term effect is positive.

To compare the application of multi-mode and single-mode intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring in the treatment of severe ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament of cervical spine with anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion. ⋯ In anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion operation for the treatment of severe cervical ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament, various modes of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring can real-time understand spinal cord and nerve function status, significantly reduce the incidence of spinal cord and nerve injury during operation, and effectively improve the safety of operation.
