To investigate the clinical effect of double-door laminoplasty combined with C2 dome decompression in treatment of cervical spinal stenosis. ⋯ Double-door laminoplasty combined with C2 dome decompression can directly expand the volume of C2-C3 spinal canal, relieve the compression of spinal cord and nerve root, reduce the damage to the posterior cervical ligament complex as much as possible, maintain the stability of cervical spine sequence, reduce the occurrence of axial symptoms, and the operation is relatively simple, without the need of metal internal fixation.

To investigate the clinical effects of individualized repair and reconstruction surgery for multiple ligament injury and dislocation of knee joint based on stage classification diagnosis. ⋯ According to the classification of multiple ligament injuries and dislocations of the knee joint, the corresponding surgical repair and reconstructiontreatment were adopted, and the corresponding rehabilitation program was adopted after the operation. The patients achieved good clinical treatment effect 12 months after operation, and the patients' satisfaction was high, which improved the excellent and good rate of treatment and reduced the disability rate.

To compare the clinical efficacy of three minimally invasive methods of anterior column screw, plate and screw rod system in the treatment of anterior pelvic ring fracture. ⋯ Minimally invasive internal fixation with anterior column screw, plate and screw rod system can obtain good clinical effect, but anterior column screw fixation has less trauma and lower incidence of surgicalcomplications.

To compare the clinical outcome between unilateral and bilateral pedicle screw fixation in minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF) for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. ⋯ Using unilateral or bilateral pedicle screw fixation in MIS-TLIF for lumbar degenerative diseases can achieve the same clinical effects, and there was no significant difference in complication rate. Unilateral pedicle screw fixation is safer than bilateral fixation because of less operative time and blood loss. However, the number and quality of the literatures may result in low reliability, so greater sample size and high quality RCTs are needed in future.

To explore the application value of 3D printing technology in preoperative surgery plan and intraoperative auxiliary operation for adult kyphoscoliosis deformity. ⋯ The 3D print model can visually and clearly show the vertebral morphology and structure of adult kyphoscolisis and its spatial relationship with the adjacent vertebrae, blood vessels, and nerves, which provides a good and intuitive stereoscopic anatomical structure observation for the individualization of the surgical plan. Pre-simulation of operations to determine the internal fixation, fusion segment and osteotomy orthopedic way, may to provide a reference for actual clinical surgery, and can improve the accuracy and safety of surgery.
