Meta Analysis
[Iincidence of postoperative delirium after hip surgery in elderly patients: a meta-analysis].
To evaluate incidence of postoperative delirium after hip surgery in elderly patients by meta-analysis. ⋯ Incidence of postoperative delirium after hip surgery in elderly patients increases higher, especially in emergency operation. A standardizing research method is benefit for evaluate incidence of postoperative delirium after hip surgery in elderly patients, decreasing heterogeneity and publication bias.

As a self-protective mechanism of cells, autophagy of cells can maintain cell stability by degrading self-aging substances, and it can be highly induced. The ability of autophagy to degraded cells will decrease with age. The resorption phenomenon after lumbar disc herniation is one of the effective mechanisms in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation. ⋯ The study of cell autophagy has great significance to the degenerative disease of intervertebral disk and the reabsorption of lumbar disc herniation. And it is also of great significance for the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. For this reason, we should pay more attention to the study of cell autophagy in resorption.

To explore the hemostatic effect of absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin in single anterior cervical subtotal corpectomy and decompression fusion (ACCF) . ⋯ Absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin has a significant hemostatic effect in ACCF operation, can maintain a good operation field, can reduce the decompression time of spinal canal, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and the amount of bleeding after operation. It is a more effective and safe hemostatic material than the traditional hemostatic method.

Metastatic epidural compression of the spinal cord is a significant source of morbidity in patients with systemic cancer. With improvment of oncotheray, survival period in the patients is improving and metastatic cord compression is en- countered increasingly often. ⋯ Patients with radiosensitive tumours without spine instabili- ty, radiotherapy is an effective therapy. Spinal stereotactic radiosurgery and minimally invasive techniques, such as vertebro- plasty and kyphoplasty, percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, radiofrequency ablation are promising options for treatment of cer- tain selected patients with spinal metastases.

To explore the clinical effects of anterior cervical discectomy with fusion (ACDF) and anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion (ACCF) in treating adjacent two-segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). ⋯ Two types of anterior cervical decompression and fusion for the treatment of two segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy can effectively decompress and improve the Cobb angle and cervical curvature of the affected vertebra. The ACDF surgical procedure can directly removethe compressive thing at intervertebral level, which will lead to little vertebral body damage and favorably recovered cervical curvature. The ACCF surgical procedure has a large operation space, which can easily remove the posterior vertebral osteophyte and the calcified posterior longitudinal ligament. Long-term follow-up shows that ACDF and ACCF have good surgical procedures, mature technology, and close efficacy.
