To evaluate the effect of ulinastatin on post-operative Cognition disorders in elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement. ⋯ Intravenous infusion of ulinastatin during operation can prevent the occurrence of POCD in elderly patients.

To explore the feasibility and efficiency of treatment of lumbar degenerative disease with unilateral decompression, interbody fusion and percutaneous pedicle screw fixation assisted by X-Tube systerm for the management of degenerative lumbar disease. ⋯ Minimally invasive PLIF assisted by X-Tube system minimize blood loss and tissue trauma, shorten the operative, recovery and bony union time, the short-term outcomes are excellent which make it a valuable alternative to conventional surgical procedures and suitable to segments from L2 to S1. The shortcomings are confined operating space and field of X-Tube system.

To evaluate the therapy and the key points of the tarsometatarsal joint injury combined with metatarsal fracture. ⋯ No matter which fixed mode was used, the anatomical reduction was the most important to rebuild arches of the foot and recover medial longitudinal and lateral arch. Rebuilding arches of the foot guaranteed the integrity of the stress point scaffold and avoided the pain and limp. The anatomical reduction of tarsometatarsal joint and metatarsal was also important to rebuild the function of foot.

[Percutaneous plate fixation of three and four-part proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients].
To evaluate the treatment effect of three and four-part fractures of proximal humerus in elder patients using indirect reduction combined with locking proximal humeral plate (LPHP) fixation. ⋯ The technique of extra articular capsule indirect reduction combined LPHP internal fixation has the advantages of stable, easy to operate, less vascular damage and so on. It can effectively treat the proximal humerus three-and four-part fractures, especially to elder patients.

To explore the feasibility and clinical effects of posterior short segmental pedicle screw fixation adding pedicle screw at the fracture level in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. ⋯ Posterior short segmental pedicle screw fixation with pedicle screw at the fracture level is a safe and effective therapeutic option to treat thoracolumbar vertebral fractures, which can help to correct the kyphosis and maintain the reduction, and avoid the over-distraction of the contiguous discs.
