ReviewPost-Pulmonary Embolism Syndrome-A Diagnostic Dilemma and Challenging Management.

The epidemiology, pathophysiology, and clinical features are discussed, followed by a description of imaging findings and management options across the entire spectrum of post-PE syndrome.
