[GROWTH AND RESPONSE OF LEG TISSUES FOR TRANSPHYSEAL OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF TIBIAL SHAFT FRACTURE EXPERIMENTALLY].
Six (6) mongrel dogs at the age of six (6) months underwent transphyseal elastic intramedullary osteosynthesis for tibial shaft fracture. Clinical, X-ray, and physiological methods were used. As determined, the transphyseal reinforcement of the injured bone doesn't influence the lib function, but it retards the segment longitudinal growth. ⋯ Consolidation period of the bone fragments is not increased. The union is formed through the blood flow of hypokinetic type in soft tissues. When intramedullary elastic rods being inserted the endosteal and periosteal response contributes to increasing the thickness of bone cortical plates and diameter.

Comparative Study[Analysis of cardiorespiratory coupling in athletes and non-athletes at paced rate of breathing].
The aims of the work were the study of cardiorespiratory coupling by method of paced breathing and the analysis of heart rate variability in men. Heart rhythm of 14 athletes and 12 non-athletes, 21 ± 1.4 years old, was registered in 3 minute sessions during spontaneous and paced breathing 14, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 times/minute. The subjects were following breathing rate from a display. ⋯ More pronounced modulations of RR intervals were observed in HF spectral band (p < 0.05) of athletes breathing 14-10 times/minute compared to non-athletes. The power of LF band of the spectrum in athletes breathing 8-4 times/minute was 2 times higher: variability of RR-intervals "shrinked" accordingly to paced breathing rate. The dominant role in slow oscillations of heart rate manifested by paced respirations with involvement of vagus baroreflex afferentations of lungs and chest is hypothesized to be the consequence of breathing under attentional control.

Review[The problems of experimental investigation of spaceflight factors combined influence on animals organism functions].
The brief analytic review of exceedingly important, tough, but the insufficient investigated problem of experimental investigation of spaceflight factors (SF) combined influence on animal organism functions is the content of this paper. The basic limited factor for interplanetary spaceflights is ionizing radiation. Therefore, in the paper studies the matters of the effects of combined influence and the different nonradiation SF. ⋯ Besides of that, in the paper studies the matters of character of interaction and mutual modifications of the combined effects of different SF: hypodynamia, G force, vibration, hypoxia, hyperthermia. The effects of this factor may have additive, potentiative, synergic or antagonistic character. In studies of SF combined influence effects the accentuation of the key factor and organism system that is targeted for this factor influence is necessary.

[Participation of melatonin in change of nociception of snails and mice under influence of long-term electromagnetic shielding].
Long-term electromagnetic shielding causes three-phase changes in nociception of snails and mice: an initial phase of the antinociceptive effect ofhyperalgesia is replaced with a further normalization of the parameters of nociception. These changes in snails develop slowly and phase of hyperalgesia expressed more vividly than in mice. ⋯ Such changes are due, apparently, with the initial depression ofmelatonin secretion under the influence of the electromagnetic shielding, which leads to the development ofhyperalgesia. In the future, the secretion of melatonin increases, that is shown in the growth of antinociceptive effect.
