[Rapid identification of chemical components in Congrong Zonggan capsule by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS].
This study was aimed to qualitatively analyze the chemical components in Congrong Zonggan capsule by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry method (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS). An Agilent SB-C₁₈ Rapid Resolution HD (3.0 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm) was used with acetonitrile (A) - 0.1% formic acid solution (B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution. ⋯ Finally, based on comparison with standard samples, database matching analysis and reviewing relevant literature, 41 compounds were identified from Congrong Zonggan capsule. This method could be used to rapidly detect the chemical components in Congrong Zonggan capsule, providing reference for the quality control of Congrong Zonggan capsule and laying a foundation for the further study on active components mechanism.

Review[Systematic review of medication safety of Xiyanping injection in conformity with indications of package inserts].
To systematically review the medication safety of Xiyanping injection in conformity with indications of package inserts. Eight databases at home and abroad were searched for studies on the safety of Xiyanping injection. Literature screening, quality assessment, data extraction and analysis were performed according to internationally recognized inclusion and exclusion criteria. ⋯ Some current evidences showed that irrational combined administration and use of Xiyanping may cause some ADRs. Because the most of studies didn't report the medication process and patient conditions, we can't infer the relations between the ADR and the age or solvent. Clinicians shall judge the causality according to relevant provisions and standards, and report ADRs, so as to provide more evidences for evaluating the safety of the drug.

[Investigation of supramolecular chemical mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine processing].
To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) processing and key scientific issues to be resolved by using characteristic of TCM biological supramolecules and reaction theories of 'Qi chromatography' to human being, and then put forward the solution countermeasures. Based on the previous explications of theories of the Chinese medicine with supramolecular chemistry as 'Qi chromatograpy', biological supramolecular chemistry theory was used to explain the root of the problem in TCM processing and form the countermeasures for supramolecular chemistry research in the processing of TCM decoction pieces. TCM is a huge complex biological supramolecular body, so the processing of TCM is in view of the processing of huge complex biological supramolecular body. ⋯ Changes in drug property and drug efficacy after processing depended on the degree of subject and object "imprinting template" change, which can be measured by 'Qi chromatography' function of supermolecular imprinting template in human body. In this paper, the research ideas, methods, variety attribution, processing principle, quality standard and clinical application were analyzed to find out the sticking point of the problems, and form the countermeasures with supramolecular chemistry as the core. The processing of TCM is a chemical technology of biological supramolecular body based on the function of supermolecular 'imprinting template' (medical element) of human meridian-viscera, and its reaction products (decoction pieces) showed determinacy when used alone and compatibility when used together, which may constitute a compatible drug delivery system of TCM in clinical application.

[Effect of enzymolysis after acid and alkali pretreatment on extraction of tanshinones from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma residues].
Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma residues were pre-treated with acid and alkali, degraded by using cellulose, and the effects of different processing methods on the extraction rate of tanshinones were compared to provide scientific basis for development and utilization of tanshinones from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma residues. The results showed that in the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma residues without pre-treatment, enzymatic hydrolysis time of 4.5 d could make most of the cellulose degraded when the concentration of substrate enzyme concentration was 6 U•mL-1, and the highest glucose concentration was 59.74 mg•g⁻¹. ⋯ Acid and alkali pre-treatment combined with cellulose degradation could effectively improve the extraction rate of tanshinones from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma residues. This method is operable and practical, and it is beneficial for improving the utilization efficiency of tanshinones (resource based chemicals) from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma residues.
