[The changes of monocarboxylate transporter-2 in spinal cord horn in a rat model of chronic inflammatory pain].
To investigate the changes in the levels of monocarboxylate transporter-2 in spinal cord horn in a rat model of chronic inflammatory pain. ⋯ The level of monocarboxylate transporter-2 in spinal dorsal horn is significantly increased in a rat model of chronic inflammatory pain and the change may involve in the formation and maintenance of central sensitization in spinal cord of chronic inflammatory uain.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of different anesthesia methods on perioperative hemodynamics and ECG in old CHD patients].
To explore an optimal anesthesia method with less impact on hemodynamics and electrocardiogram (ECG) of old patients with coronary artery disease (CHD) during abdominal operation. ⋯ GA and CSEA have less impact on hemodynamics and have smaller incidence of abnormal ECG of old CHD patients with abdominal operation.

[Protective effect of Xingnaojing injection on traumatic brain injury].
To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Xingnaojing(Traditional Chinese Medicine) injection on brain injury in rats. ⋯ Xingnaojing injection has protective effects on rat brain injury, and its mechanism may be related to reduce brain edema after traumatic brain injury and inhibit the reaction of oxygen free radical, protect nerve cells.

[The protective role of interleukin-6 monoclonal antibody on experimental autoimmune myocarditis and its mechanism].
To investigate the therapeutic effect of IL-6 mAb on experimental autoimmune myocarditis (EAM) in rats, and search the mechanism of the role of IL-6, helper T cells 17 (Th17) and regulative T cells (Treg) in EAM pathogenesis. ⋯ IL-6 mAb could neutralize IL-6, and ameliorate myocarditis and reduce heart autoimmune responses. IL-6 mAb has significantly protective effects on EAM by suppressing Th17 and Treg cells.

[Effect of siRNA silencing the role of JNK gene in excessive endoplasmic reticulum stress on lung ischemia/reperfusion injury].
To investigate the effect of siRNA silencing the role of C-Jun N-terminal Kinase (JNK) gene in excessive endoplasmic reticulum stress on lung ischemia/reperfusion injury. ⋯ I/R induces excessive ERS in lung tissue, in which JNK pathway participates in apoptosis, leading to lung tissue injury.
