Establishing a positive organizational innovation climate can enhance nurses' innovative performance and work quality. This study aims to explore the cognitive status and influencing factors of the organizational innovation climate among clinical nurses. The findings of this study will provide a scientific basis for developing innovative nursing talent teams and strengthening innovative management. ⋯ In this study, the cognitive level of nurses' organizational innovation climate was moderate level. To improve this level, nursing managers should develop targeted intervention measures for various influencing factors. It is recommended that nursing managers strategically integrate scientific research innovation training into their vocational training programs to stimulate nurses' innovation consciousness and improve the quality of clinical nursing services.

This study explored whether socioeconomic factors and child behavior are associated with caregiver stress in families of children with disabilities aged 2 to 17 living in Jordan. This study employed a cross-sectional design using an online survey. The survey, distributed mainly on social media, consisted of questions on demographics, child disability using the Washington Group Short Set on Functioning (WG-SS), caregiver stress levels using the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K6), and child behavior using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). ⋯ Having a child with a higher disability score and more behavioral problems was associated with higher caregiver stress. Our findings highlight the importance of developing a comprehensive evaluation process to identify how child disability affects different areas of caregivers' lives, and interventions to address caregiver stress. We recommend implementing policies to increase access to mental health services and parenting resources, particularly for young and unemployed caregivers.

Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS) is a rare clinical disease characterized by a disproportionate number of basal cell carcinoma to sun exposure and skin types. Patched 1 (PTCH1) gene is proposed to be implicated in the pathogenesis of NBCCS. This study aimed to investigate whether PTCH1 gene is the causative gene in Chinese patients with NBCCS. ⋯ We detected a new mutation in PTCH1 gene in 2 patients with NBCCS, and both of them had ovarian mature teratomas, which are related to NM000264: exon14: c.2080C>T: p.Q694X.

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated, chronic, relapsing, inflammatory disease induced by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. It can be comorbid with other systemic diseases and severely affects patient's quality of life. This case report describes the therapeutic role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in patient with psoriasis. ⋯ TCM is involved in the harmonization of yin and yang, regulation of qi and blood, dispersion of pathogenic wind, cooling of blood, and alleviation of blood stasis. From a modern medical perspective, TCM prescriptions may address skin inflammation by restoring physiological functions and enhancing immune response. This case study illustrates the efficacy of TCM in treating skin disorders and enhancing the body's internal environment.

Clinical management of hypophosphatemic osteomalacia induced by adefovir and tenofovir: Insights from a case report.
Hypophosphatemic osteomalacia is a rare chronic metabolic bone disease characterized by low serum phosphate levels owing to genetic or acquired causes. This article presents a case report of the clinical management, challenges encountered, and prognosis of secondary hypophosphatemic osteomalacia induced by defovir and tenofovir. ⋯ Accurate diagnosis requires a combination of clinical presentation, medical history, biochemical and radiological findings, and, if available, measurement of fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF 23). The role of national, provincial, or regional centers for rare diseases is crucial for conducting unconventional tests and providing access to rare medications.
