Effects of nutrition intervention on the rehabilitation level and quality of life of patients with diabetes foot: Image observation based on image recognition technology.
Today, the application of CT scanning technology is still limited. Therefore, an image observation method based on image recognition technology is proposed in this paper to study the impact of nutritional intervention on the rehabilitation level and quality of life of diabetic foot patients. Firstly, in view of the noise problems existing in CT images, this paper adopts the denoising technology, in which Gaussian noise and salt and pepper noise denoising algorithms are mainly used. ⋯ Finally, CNN model is used to study image classification. The effects of nutritional intervention on the rehabilitation level and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot were investigated by setting up a comparative experiment. The results showed that nutrition intervention nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation level of diabetic foot patients, improve the quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction.

Application of video image processing in sports action recognition based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.
The existing sports training methods are mainly aimed at the sports field environment. The traditional sports training is only based on the coaches' visual inspection and combined with their own experience to put forward suggestions, which is relatively inefficient, thus limiting the rise of athletes' sports training level to a certain extent. ⋯ With the application of video image processing technology in sports training becoming more and more common, athletes can analyze their training videos in a more intuitive way and find out shortcomings, so as to improve the training effect. This paper studies particle swarm optimization algorithm and applies it to the field of video image processing, which promotes the development of sports action recognition technology based on video processing.

OIP5-AS1 accelerates apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in cell models of epilepsy by modulating MiR-128-3p/BAX axis.
As a chronic neurological disorder, epilepsy (EP) is characterized with recurrent and unexplained epileptic seizures. Mounting evidence demonstrated that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are associated with EP. This paper intended to study the role and mechanisms of OIP5 antisense RNA 1 (OIP5-AS1) in EP. ⋯ OIP5-AS1 interacts with miR-128-3p to overexpress BCL2-Associated X (BAX), thereby modulating cell apoptosis in EP cell models. OIP5-AS1 accelerates apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in cell models of EP by modulating miR-128-3p/BAX axis. Investigating OIP5-AS1/miR-128-3p/BAX regulatory axis can contribute to deepening the understanding of EP.

Design and localization algorithm of flap guide plate for jaw defect based on digital 3D printing.
The anterolateral thigh flap is often used to repair the wound tissue defect. Because it is difficult to carry out the perforating vessels before and after the operation, it is considered to use digital design combined with 3D printing technology to prepare the digital three-dimensional guide plate, and at the same time, the guide plate positioning algorithm is designed according to the error caused by the different placement of the guide plate at the site to be transplanted. ⋯ In the experiment, the soft tissue of the patients with jaw defects can be well repaired based on the guide plate. The positioning algorithm locates the flap graft under the condition of less environmental parameters, and obtains the corresponding diameter parameters.

Factors associated with breast cancer screening services use among women in the United States: An application of the Andersen's behavioral model of health services use.
This study applied Andersen's Behavioral Model of Health Services Use to examine predisposing, enabling, and need factors associated with adherence to the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) guidelines for breast cancer screening (BCS). Multivariable logistic regression was used to determine factors of BCS services utilization among 5484 women aged 50-74 from the 2019 National Health Interview Survey. Predisposing factors significantly associated with use of BCS services were: being a Black (odds-ratios [OR]:1.49; 95% confidence interval [CI]:1.14-1.95) or a Hispanic woman (OR:2.25; CI:1.62-3.12); being married/partnered (OR:1.32, CI:1.12-1.55); having more than a bachelor's degree (OR: 1.62; CI:1.14-2.30); and living in rural areas (OR:0.72; CI:0.59-0.92). ⋯ Disparities in BCS services utilization by Black and Hispanic women have been reduced. Disparities still exist for uninsured and financially restrained women living in rural areas. Addressing disparities in BCS uptake and improving adherence to USPSTF guidelines may require revamping policies that address disparities in enabling resources, such as health insurance, income, and health care access.
