Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical application of adaptive minute ventilation + IntelliCycle ventilation mode in patients with mild-to-moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To verify the clinical safety and efficacy of new intelligent ventilation mode adaptive minute ventilation (AMV)+IntelliCycle ventilation in patients with mild-to-moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ AMV+IntelliCycle ventilation mode can shorten the ventilation time of patients with mild-to-moderate ARDS, reduce mechanical power, and reduce the workload of medical care, but PaCO2 in the patients with AMV+IntelliCycle mode is higher than that in the patients with SIMV+PSV mode.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation on prevention of intensive care unit-acquired weakness in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with mechanical ventilation].
To evaluate the effect of transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation on prevention of intensive care unit-acquired weakness (ICU-AW) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with mechanical ventilation. ⋯ Transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation can effectively improve the muscle strength of COPD patients with mechanical ventilation and reduce the incidence of ICU-AW.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Application of Narcotrend index and Richmond agitation-sedation score in sedation assessment of patients with short-term mechanical ventilation after pancreatoduodenectomy: a randomized controlled trial].
To explore the feasibility of Narcotrend index (NTI) for digital monitoring of light sedation depth in patients undergoing short-term mechanical ventilation after pancreaticoduodenectomy. ⋯ The application of NTI monitoring to guide light sedation therapy for patients with short-term mechanical ventilation after pancreaticoduodenectomy can better achieve the goal of light sedation.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy on diaphragmatic function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: a prospective randomized controlled trial].
To investigate the effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNC) on the clinical efficacy and diaphragm function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). ⋯ HFNC can effectively relieve diaphragm fatigue in patients with mild to moderate AECOPD, but it had no effect on carbon dioxide retention.
