Case ReportsMyocarditis associated with Covid-19 disease: A systematic review of published case reports and case series.
Covid-19 is an extremely contagious illness caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) virus. The cardiac involvement in such a public health emergency disease has not been well studied and a conflicting evidence exists on this issue. ⋯ Because of the risk of a sudden worsening of patients conditions and myocarditis association with considerable mortality and morbidity, a knowledge of this cardiac complication of Covid-19 disease is crucial for healthcare professionals.

Healthcare workers' sleep quality after COVID-19 infection: A cross-sectional study.
The COVID-19 pandemic not only affected physical health but also caused high levels of mental health problems including sleep disturbances, depression and post-traumatic stress symptoms. The aim of this study was to examine the sleep parameters of healthcare workers before COVID-19 infection and after recovery. ⋯ Sleep quality decreased during the convalescence period from COVID-19 infection as compared with the pre-COVID-19 period.

An Evaluation of the Psychological Impact of Covid-19 and the Precautionary Measure of Social Isolation on Adults in the Asir Region, Saudi Arabia.
The COVID-19 outbreak is worrying for people and society. The aim of this study is to evaluate the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the precautionary measure of social isolation on adults in the Asir region of Saudi Arabia. ⋯ The findings of the study clearly show that depression and anxiety are highly prevalent among adults. Females had higher rates of COVID-19 depression and anxiety than males. The findings from this study show that implementing a strategy for the prevention and management of depression and anxiety is highly recommended to minimise the impact of these disorders.

The non-classic presentation of paediatric celiac disease (CeD) becomes increasingly common in daily practice, which requires an awareness of eye findings. The purpose of this study was to evaluate eye involvement and effect of gluten-free diet on ocular involvement in paediatric CeD patients by measuring the thicknesses of choroid and ganglion cell complex (GCC) composed of retinal nerve fibre layer, ganglion cell layer and inner plexiform layer using enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography. ⋯ Paediatric CeD caused thinning of subfoveal, nasal and temporal areas of choroid, and this change is apparent even after 1 year gluten-free diet. This eye involvement should be more closely screened at diagnosis, and long-term clinical results of thin choroid should be determined. Thicknesses of GCC layers were not different in CeD group and may reveal the effect of diet or not involvement.

Association between coronary dominance pattern and left ventricular mass index; Is there a gender disparity?
Increased left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) are independent predictors of adverse cardiovascular events. However, little is known regarding the association between coronary circulation and LVMI. We aimed to investigate the association between coronary dominance and LVMI, and to demonstrate the impact of coronary dominance pattern on the emergence of LVH. ⋯ Coronary dominance pattern may significantly affect the LVMI, and it may be useful in the further risk stratification of female patients.
